Perfect for summer guests
Perfect for summer guests
My in-laws came for a summer visit and this condo was great. It was clean, quiet and comfortable. We were impressed it had all the basic kitchen cooking equipment and even a modest backyard patio. It is right across the street from Horsetooth Reservoir so my father in-law loved getting up early and walking to the water or going for a drive in the foothills. It made their visit great because after spending they day together, my in-laws had their own comfortable mountain retreat in the evenings. We plan to rent again the next time our family or friends visit.

We thoroughly enjoyed our short visit to this cozy cabin. The cabin itself exceeded expectations by being clean, neat and well supplied. Having the lake and all it offers right outside the door offers a multitude of options for activities. The owners are nearby and available if needed but respected our privacy. We will visit again this summer and take our 2 and 1/2 year old granddaughter with us.

Great condo for a family vacation
Great condo for a family vacation
We stayed here when our son was 1 1/2 years old and at a very difficult age for travel. This condo totally made our vacation. It was very clean, the furniture was extremely toddler-friendly, and our son had a blast running in and out of the condo into the back yard. Swimming is close by, trails are right outside the door, and we even had a visit from a deer. I'd highly recommend this place for families with small children, or anyone who needs a kitchen.

About the owner: Rick is a contractor in the Northern Colorado Front Range area, he specializes in remodeling and additions, tentant finishes, garages you name it he can build it. We love to mountain bike/hike and just enjoy the out doors. We love to go to concerts at live music venues. We love living in Colorado
Why the Owner Chose Fort Collins:
Rick purchased this property in 1988, In 2004 we turned the property into a vacation rental property, there were no properties at Horsetooth Resevoir that you could rent by the night. This was a long time dream of Lori's to share this area with the public. We have been building up our client base every since. We have alot of people that stay every year with us and just love it here. There is so much to do while staying here. Hiking, biking, boating, skiing, site seeing, you name it the Colorado Rockies are right outside your door, we have Northern Colorado's largest Lake right across the street.
