Manasquan is a vacation community in southern Monmouth County featuring large sandy beaches and a boardwalk. The cottage is in a nice, quiet family area and close to all of the summer attractions. Cottage is one mile from both Manasquan and Sea Girt Beaches.
Walking distance to shopping, and restaurants in Manasquan or Sea Girt. Local amusements include theatre, a bike/dog walking trail(paved six mile path just 5 blocks away), kayaking in Stockton Lake and a dog beach and/or fishing at the Inlet, surfing, skateboard park, free concerts and fireworks. Other activities just a short drive away: Spring Lake shopping or theatre, Point Pleasant boardwalk, Belmar fishing and marina, Monmouth public golf courses and crabbing at Bay Head. Just 30 minutes to Six Flags Great Adventure or Monmouth racetrack, one hour to Atlantic City, and 80 minutes to Cape May. Walking distance to the train station to New York City.
This is a private back house, ideal for four people. The house feaures cathedral ceilings, ceiling fans, skylights, stained glass, wood floors/cabinets and an open floor plan. There is a covered front porch with chairs and BBQ. The fenced back yard, patio with table and chairs and yard chairs. Easy access - no stairs.

We enjoyed our stay at Kinvara Cottage so much. The quiet, peaceful setting is just perfect for a rest and relaxation getaway. The cottage is equipped with everything we need and is convenient to shopping, beach, etc. We look forward to our annual visit to Manasquan and certainly, one of the main reasons is Kinvara Cottage. It is comfortable and, as returning visitors, it is familiar and welcoming. Thanks again for your delightful home away from home at the Jersey Shore!

Kinaara Irish Cottage is the perfect place to spend a relaxing week at the Jersey Shore. The cottage was everything we wanted plus. The cottage is cozy with nautical decorations. We had bikes, towels, beach chairs, games, books. Hopefully we can come back next summer.
Recommended for:Tourists without a car, sightseeing, girls getaway, age 55+.

We just returned from a wonderful stay at your cottage in Manasquan. In a word,.. delightful! We found it so very comfortable, feeling at home from the first minutes of arriving. Our family of four truly enjoyed very warm welcome, excellent accomodations (incl. full kitchen, laundry, and 2 TVs!) and maritime decor of this cottage. Sea Girt is very clean, and this cottage is within 5 mins drive (or 20 min walk) to the beach. Carol and Jack are very gracious hosts. All that we expected plus more.
