Manasquan is a vacation community in southern Monmouth County featuring large sandy beaches and a boardwalk. The cottage is in a nice, quiet family area and close to all of the summer attractions.
The house is one mile from both Manasquan and Sea Girt beaches. Monmouth County is home of some of the best public golf courses in America. Just 30 minutes from Six Flags Great Adventure. Walking distance to shops and restaurants in Manasquan and Sea Girt. Local amusements include a short drive to Point Pleasant boardwalk, Belmar fishing and marina, Spring Lake shopping, 30 minutes to Monmouth racetrack, one hour to Atlantic City, and 80 minutes to Cape May. Walking distance to the train station.
The house is one mile to the ocean. A quaint Irish cottage in a quiet family area. This is a private back house, ideal for four people. The house feaures cathedral ceilings, skylights, stained glass, wood floors/cabinets and an open floor plan. There is a covered front porch with chairs and BBQ. The back yard has a patio.
