Our condo is beautiful, quiet and safely set back from the surf, with unobstructed spectacular views of the pacific. So come and have a hassle free vacation in our stocked condo on our private beach. There will be a very nice welcome basket waiting for you, filled with fresh fruit, juice, and several kinds of snacks. The kitchen usually has lots of extras including liquor. We provide WiFi with HIGH SPEED INTERNET. In addition, we even have everything from suntan lotion to shampoo, hair dryer, curling iron and straightener. All cleaning soaps are always stocked as well as paper goods, towels and linens. Just bring yourselves, bathing suits, light clothes and you're good to go! The owner of the unit lives locally and regularly maintains, updates and stocks the unit. She or her assistant are available for your needs, requests and questions. She has provided for you in the unit important insider tips, best places and suggestions to make you feel like a LOCAL- and avoid a lot of hassle. Parking is very close to the condo.
The living room has a very large 42" HDTV. Also there is another satellite TV, a VCR, DVD player, stereo with CD player and phones. The unit also contains a very nice TOTAL BODY ELLIPTICAL EXERCISE MACHINE, in case you want to work out in private. Central air conditioning and ceiling fans throughout. Two pools in the complex, one with swim-up bar. Pool table, ping pong table and tennis court. Front desk service.
Our Cabo Condo is located on the beach (directly on the sand), steps from the pools, in one of Baja's most exclusive private (gated entry) condominium complexes, away from the timeshare salesmen and beachfront hecklers. We are a very private, extra large corner unit directly behind the quieter 2 pools in phase 2.
The Terrasol complex is a luxury, low-rise development built on the beach with spectacular views of the beautiful blue waters of the Pacific Ocean and of the unique surrounding rock formations. Terrasol is located on the tip of Land's End, isolated from the noise of town, yet only a three minute walk to the fishing pier (marina) and a ten minute walk to the center of the village of Cabo San Lucas.
Terrasol is the only beachfront "private full ownership" condominium complex within walking distance to the main shopping district of Cabo San Lucas. Walk into town for shopping or to enjoy many of the quality restaurants and active nightlife. Cabo San Lucas features some of the world's greatest deep sea fishing, and
sports six golf courses; three of them "world class."
The condo can be rented as a 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath unit. It also has a lock off studio that converts the condo into a full 3 bedroom 2.5 bath.
One bedroom is a master suite with master bath. The other bedroom is a very small room with a set of bunk beds. The lock-off studio which can also be rented separately, has a double bed, a twin bed, a full bath and a kitchenette. The unit has a separate front door and large terrace, all oceanfront with unobstructed views. Tastefully furnished ground floor Condo on the beach. Large terraces overlook the pools and ocean. Absolute unobstructed views. Fully equipped kitchen including microwave, dishwasher and outdoor bar-b-que grill. Full-size washer/dryer contained in the unit for your convenience.

We couldnt have asked for a better condo. You feel as it is your "home away from home". Thank you for the basket of goodies! Much appreciated, especially the fruit. The location cant be beat. It is convenient to everything yet private so you arent bothered by the vendors like on Medano Beach. I wouldnt stay on Medano Beach for anything. We rented a car and really only needed it when we went Todos Santos. Had lunch at the Hotel California, the food was great. I would suggest everyone make that day trip, it is so worth it. Saw alot of whale activity along the coast on the drive to Todas Santos and back. Had lunch at the Tiki Bar, Solomons Landing - went up to the Whale Watching Bar at the Hotel Finisterra which was fantastic. The view is worth the walk up the hill but the margaritas were ridiculously expensive. We had 2 drinks each - so 4 margaritas (small) were $40.00. All in all the condo is great, Cabo is fun and we didnt want to return home. Thank you Amber...............Erin and John
