We have found that people vary greatly in their needs for a bed...some like it soft, some hard, some...well you get the drift. The main bed in the bedroom has been replaced with a fairly firm Simmons Beauty Rest and it is Queen size. Keep this in mind when making reservations as we cannot give you different bed choices. Most find the unit very comfortable. Also, keep in mind that this condo is not part of a national chain like major motels. It is our vacation home, and it is furnished the way we like it. We will share our home with you for awhile, but please do not ask us to refurnish the unit or change the things we enjoy.

Ask for Sea Oats Condo Number 408. Unit is on the fourth floor. Step out the front of the building directly unto a gorgeous white sand beach or go a few steps further to enjoy the long pier for fishing or sightseeing. This is a Gulf front location right on the sand. Many new up-grades.
An on-site office service gives us, and you, as our guest, a distinct advantage in renting from us.
This is an unique unit as you have large window views to the front and to the side from the living/dining room and the bedroom. Living room/dining roon has 2 dining tables and sets of chairs, 2 sofas, side tables and lamps, coffee table, and an entertainment center (TV and VHS/DVD/CD). Bedroom has 2 beds ( a double and a single), a double dresser, end table and lamps, large walk-in closet with additional dresser,and a full in suite bath. Access by elevator or stairs. On site parking.
Ask for final rates. Holidays and special occasions are higher. Ask the office for final amounts.
The Beach Trolley travels regularly past the Condo to points North and South.
Do you like to fish? You can fish right off the beach. Or, there is the Redington Long Pier within a few feet of the property. It is 1050 feet long into the ocean for great salt-water fishing and sight-seeing.
Pull up a beach chair or chaise (supplied) and marvel at the one-of-a-kind sunsets, or take a stroll or jog along the long extensive, white sand beach. Watch the birds and the dolphins along the shore. People watching is fun as well. Watch the fishermen on the Pier, and the Pier's lights at night. If you jog, this is an ideal beach as next to the water is firm and the distance is ideal for running.
We have set up our unit specifially with seniors, adult couples, and singles in mind.

- Queen Bed : Simmons firm Beauty Rest bed. Queen Size. We suggest you check through the office to inspect this bed to make sure it is confortable for your particular physical requirements before moving in. Everyone is different. Upgrades in other units are often available at additional cost.
- Twin/Single Bed : This bed is a basic bed (Clearwater box spring and mattress) designed for children and young adults. It is provided in case you have a child or teenager who will be staying with you and you plan to share the room.

- Cable/Satellite TV : Cable-HDTV in the Livingroom. Sitting on its own TV cabinet, a 42 inch LCD wide screen TV. provides excellent TV and DVD viewing. The cabinet contains a DVD player. There is a regular TV in the bedroom in its own cabinet, and VHS and DVDs can be played in the bedroom.

- View/Location
- Beachfront : Fantastic view of the Gulf of Mexico. Unit is directly on the beach. Sandy beach in front and runs for miles in both directions. Faces west, so you will experience fantastic sunsets every clear night. Ocean water is warm for swimming and walking. A 1050 foot fishing Pier is located front, but to the side of the property. You can walk out of our building and unto the Pier for sight-seeing or excellent fishing. You can also fish directly on/off the beach as well. Have a boat...public ramp nearby.

- Oceanfront : The beach is part of the property to low water. Beautiful warm, white sand. Walk out the front of the building, and you are directly on the beach.
- Ocean View : On most clear days, you can see for miles. .Sunsets are fantastic.
