  I cannot say enough good things about Richard and Sothebys in Barbados for making my family feel at home in Barbados once again. From all the tours Richard helped arrange to the fabulous at home dining on the terrace, we all felt like we were in heaven. Jean is the best housekeeper ever. We have already booked for next year.

  Thanks Richard for all your help and with coordinating the car hire for us also. You went way beyond your responsibility to provide us with such a wonderful vacation experience. Your villa is beautiful and your staff is so friendly and kind. We had a great time in Royal Westmoreland and will be returning next year!

  My wife and I got a great deal on a 3 bed villa in royal westmoreland during May 2009. The villa came with it's own housekeeper (thanks francis) who took care of us including washing and ironing all of our clothes. The area is quite expensive (but then so is the whole of barbados) but there are some wonderful restaurants in the area. I would recommend this villa due to it's location, security and amenities (especially the pool). The great facilities made eating at lunch (and sometimes dinner) easy and the TV package and films within the villa provided some welcome evening entertainment. I will be recommending the villa to friends and family and hope they enjoy it as much as my wife and I.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, people with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers.

  My whole family thoroughly enjoyed staying at Forest Hills 25. Thank you Richard for being such a wonderful point of contact and assisting us with everything throughout our stay. The housekeeper Jean is fantastic and the villa is kept in spotless, impecable condition. We have stayed at Cassia villas in the past and now understand the difference. Forest Hills villas are part of a beautiful community and this villa is only about 100 metres to a large pool, which surprisingly is normally empty. From what I understand the Cassia heights is a rental community while Forest Hills is comprised mainly of wealthy owners, and only a handful rent their villas out. Forest Hills, particularly 25, is extremely quiet and traquil, yet very close to all of the resort amenities. The golf course is superb and Richard arranged rounds for me and my wife at a significant discount. Payment for our stay was quick and easy due to the owner's affiliation with Sotheby's International. The romantic sunset views from the covered terrace is fantastic, along with the bbq grill we have had some great and meals. Richard will tell you where to buy the best and freshest fish on the island for less than 2 quid per pound. We will certainly be returning next year!

  I can honestly say it is the best place I have ever stayed and would return in a heartbeat. The accommodation is spacious, luxurious, comfortable and welcoming. The kitchen although a little 'tired' has every conceivable kitchen tool and equipment. There is a gas BBQ on the spacious terrace which we used a number of times. Set in manicured gardens, with a beautiful pool, an on site gym, there is 24 hour security through a barrier access. On the majority of days we were there, we were the only people at the pool. The villa is spotlessly clean and is maintained by a mature and experienced housekeeper, who was a delight. Helpful, unobtrusive and very efficient, she comes in every day and happily did a little laundry for us throughout the weeks. As the villa is located on a hillside, it has beautiful views over the gardens towards the sea. There is a little noise from some building work that is being done on a new villa behind the property, but we really were not disturbed. A short drive south to Holetown, takes you to a supermarket, banks and numerous restaurants, including Tides, The Beach House, and The Mews. Head North and you arrive in Speightstown, where you will find Lonestar on the way and The Fish Pot further up. I would say a car is pretty much an essential. I can't recommend this villa highly enough and can't wait to return.
