Beautiful two bedroom, two bath condo located at Cypress Woods in Naples Florida! Cypress Woods is a golf course community where the golf membership can be transferred with a monthly rental for a small
fee. Tennis, swimming, fitness room and a lovely club house with a pro shop, restaurant and casual bar and grill.
The unit is on the second floor, the building does have an elevator and stairs for easy access.
Only a few miles from the beautiful beaches of the Gulf Coast. Very easy to get to Ft Myers / Bonita, Naples & Marco Island areas....
The Terrace Condominium includes a master suite with a king size bed, television & private bathroom. Two twin beds are in the second bedroom. An informal dining area that provides golf course views compliments the kitchen. A screened lanai allows golf course and water views. The great room has a large comfortable couch and the TV has a DVD player and stereo. A formal dining room and second full bathroom complete the floor plan.
All appliances are provided as well as household items such as plates, silverware, pots & pans, linens & towels, etc. The condo has its own washer & dryer for your convenience. The condo also provides covered parking for one car. Every aspect of the facility is clean and updated, as the building was completed in 2004.
