The luxury studio corner unit has new furnishing as of Dec. 2010. New king size bed, new queen sofa sleeper with an upgraded comfortable memory foam mattress, fully stocked kitchen, one full bath with linens, and gorgeous views of Mt. Baldy and the Plaza from your window! This corner unit is very quiet with warm mountain decor.
Breckenridge is an old mining town with a Victorian flavor. It is a world class Four-Season resort. It is a great location for activities for children or adults.
Winter Activities: In the winter there is Nordic cross-country and downhill skiing, hiking, snowshoeing, fishing, wildlife viewing and shopping. Annual international Ice Sculpture Competition in January. Breckenridge has the highest lift in the world. Peaks seven, eight, nine and 10. This resort is at the base of Peak 9 footsteps from the Quicksilver lift.
Summer Activities: In the summer there is a 27 hole Jack Nicklaus course golf course! Breckenridge's famous Music and Jazz festival. Fly Fisherman's dream fishing on the Blue River with miles of river and streams. Hiking, swimming, biking, ballooning, rafting, sailing (on Lake Dillon), Kayaking, fishing, mine tours, alpine slide, miniature golf, shopping, horseback riding wildlife viewing and more.
The Resort has just remodeled the fitness area with new Precor exercise equipment, saunas, locker room and shower area, indoor outdoor pool and new outdoor hot tubs, and kids arcade.
Lake Dillon, Copper Mountain, Silverthorne, Keystone in Summit County are a short bus or car ride. Keystone and Copper Mountain offer tubing runs. Breckenridge has a sledding hill in town which is a favorite of visitors and locals.

Our family chose this location because of the multitude of opportunities that are nearby. In the winter there is downhill skiing, cross country skiing, snow shoeing, sledding, ice fishing, skating, and sleigh riding, and snowmobiling. In the summertime there is hiking, fishing, mountain biking, sailing, golfing, shopping, horseback riding, and gold mine tours.

We stayed there on Chrismas week, 2006. The snow was fabulous, the condo was nice, the location was at the absolute perfect location. It was about 50 yards to the lift, or about 100 yards to the main street with shops and night life. All was great.

We chose this condo for the downtown location of Breckenridge. We did not have to move our car and could walk to all the shops and restaurants downtown. The studio was a fantastic value for a summer vacation and had everything we needed. A nice leather couch, king bed, large flat screen TV and fully equipped kitchen. The unit also has underground parking, an elevator and laundry down the hall. It was clean and nicely decorated. We would definitely stay again.

We had a great time in Breckenridge! The condo was great...just a little tricky to find by the directions we were given. Beds were comfortable & everything was very clean. Having a garage was nice though our bikes wouldn't fit as there was low clearance so we had to remember to remove them everytime we needed to park...a nuisance but not the end of the world. We enjoyed a run on the Burro trail directly behind the building, being able to walk downtown, & relaxing by the pool & hot tubs! The free gondola ride to peak 8 was a nice surprise though the prices at Fun Park were a little over the top! I overlooked the fact that there was no patio but we still thought this was a good value & would most definitely return! Thanks!

We had a great time on our trip to Breckenridge. The room was very nice an accommodating for my wife and myself - we enjoyed having the large TV in front of the bed as we relaxed after full days of skiing. Everything seemed very clean, the walk to the chair lift was probably the shortest I ever had! We were just paces away from Main Street with all the great dining and shops Breckenridge has to offer.

I stayed at this condo for a weekend in January with 3 other people. This was such pleasant experience. The room was more spacious than the picture let on. We also enjoyed the hot tubs after a long day of skiing. It was so close to the lift that we couldn't have asked for more. I would encourage anybody to stay at the Village!

We stayed here over thanksgiving 2008. The location is amazing. You can't see the base of peak 9 from the windows, but you are right there! You park in the same building you are staying, you have the pool and hot tubs in the same building you are staying, and the front desk is there too! No need to get cold or wet!! The room was great! The kitchen was great - hint - bring your own coffee grounds!! I forgot! The set up was great for my husband and I! Plenty of room to lounge. Great views from the windows. Very relaxing! The location to town is great! We never took the car out of the garage, we just walked everywhere! Picking up the key was easy and dropping it off, even easier!!!
