The condo was clean and just as pictured on the website. I initially went to the wrong place to check in, but the I just called the owner and she was quick to give me directions to where I had to go which was very helpful. The condo is very close to downtown so you don't need car-just walk. The temperature was great all wknd and we rented bikes from the shop across the street and rode to Frisco. Since it was the down season the pool and fitness room were closed, but the condo was quiet. The bed was a little soft for mine and my husband's taste but bearable. Overall I would visit here again.

It's really nice to be there. the kitchen is very clean and the view is nice.

We chose this condo for the downtown location of Breckenridge. We did not have to move our car and could walk to all the shops and restaurants downtown. The studio was a fantastic value for a summer vacation and had everything we needed. A nice leather couch, king bed, large flat screen TV and fully equipped kitchen. The unit also has underground parking, an elevator and laundry down the hall. It was clean and nicely decorated. We would definitely stay again.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, tourists without a car, sightseeing.

We had a great time in Breckenridge! The condo was great...just a little tricky to find by the directions we were given. Beds were comfortable & everything was very clean. Having a garage was nice though our bikes wouldn't fit as there was low clearance so we had to remember to remove them everytime we needed to park...a nuisance but not the end of the world. We enjoyed a run on the Burro trail directly behind the building, being able to walk downtown, & relaxing by the pool & hot tubs! The free gondola ride to peak 8 was a nice surprise though the prices at Fun Park were a little over the top! I overlooked the fact that there was no patio but we still thought this was a good value & would most definitely return! Thanks!

We had a great time on our trip to Breckenridge. The room was very nice an accommodating for my wife and myself - we enjoyed having the large TV in front of the bed as we relaxed after full days of skiing. Everything seemed very clean, the walk to the chair lift was probably the shortest I ever had! We were just paces away from Main Street with all the great dining and shops Breckenridge has to offer.

Absolutely perfect! Made a last minute reservation with Jeff and Sandy and couldn't be happier. Nothing is more important than location, location, location and this studio has it! Definitely going to make a return trip!

I stayed at this condo for a weekend in January with 3 other people. This was such pleasant experience. The room was more spacious than the picture let on. We also enjoyed the hot tubs after a long day of skiing. It was so close to the lift that we couldn't have asked for more. I would encourage anybody to stay at the Village!

We stayed here over thanksgiving 2008. The location is amazing. You can't see the base of peak 9 from the windows, but you are right there! You park in the same building you are staying, you have the pool and hot tubs in the same building you are staying, and the front desk is there too! No need to get cold or wet!! The room was great! The kitchen was great - hint - bring your own coffee grounds!! I forgot! The set up was great for my husband and I! Plenty of room to lounge. Great views from the windows. Very relaxing! The location to town is great! We never took the car out of the garage, we just walked everywhere! Picking up the key was easy and dropping it off, even easier!!!

We were very happy with the location Unit had everything we needed It was clean and comfortable for 2 people An older property with normal wear We hiked and Breck is perfect for that Favorite restaurant for breakfast is Cool River on the River Walk Empire burgers on the corner of Main and Park was pleasant and the Mexican Mia Casa right across the street from the Villages was great.

A nice comfortable studio in a great location. The use of space is very efficient and makes this a very convenient place to stay. The owners and their management company are easy to deal with and reliable.

We loved this place. It had a much larger feel than it's advertised size. Must have been all the windows. Furnished well. Very clean. Easy/friendly key pick-up/drop. Easy to/from skiing, ... and the town. Clean, hot hot-tubs. We liked it all! ... and will return next summer and winter. David and Ava, Canyon Lake, TX

We stayed there on Chrismas week, 2006. The snow was fabulous, the condo was nice, the location was at the absolute perfect location. It was about 50 yards to the lift, or about 100 yards to the main street with shops and night life. All was great.

My Wife and I had a tremendous weekend at this condo. The unit was in good condition and the location doesn't get any better. You are literally a 2 minute walk from Main Street Breckenridge and during the winter you walk out your door to the base of Peak 9. Restaurants and shopping are plentiful and all within walking distance. The amentities at the condo are excellent as well with a small indoor/outdoor pool, 4 hot tubs, a steam room and a sauna. We will definitely be staying here again!
