Overlooking the beautiful Beaufort River with breathtaking sun rises and high tides rising below the waterside deck, our guest cottage is in our backyard, and is surrounded by tall oaks and azaleas.
Located 5 blocks(1.25 mi.) from historc downtown Beaufort on the InterCoastal Waterway, with city-maintained boat ramp and daydock next door, this small cottage is best suited for a couple with additional sleeping available.
The self-catered cottage is fully furnished and ready for occupancy. All you need is clothes and groceries. Visitors are expected to leave cottage ready for next visitors with cleaning supplies provided. A refundable $50-$100 cleaning deposit is requested. Please E mail for complete details.
Beaufort is 25 miles off I-95, between Charleston, South Carolina (75 miles) and Savannah, GA (45 miles) with Hunting Island State Park and the Atlantic Ocean, 15 miles away.

We were in Beaufort to view some venues for our upcoming wedding, and had an AMAZING time. This quiet cottage was perfect for our weekend trip. It is very close to the Beaufort waterfront park, and pigeon point park, which our dogs loved! Our dogs loved the back deck and was the perfect place to have your morning coffee, or a quiet evening after a long day at Hunting Island.

Having been raised in Beaufort and lived in Charleston most of my life, this is the perfect place to come home to. The location and setting were superb as were David and Debbie! The cottage has everything you need and very comfortable. The view is awesome! Our dogs (and cat) loved exploring the lowcountry smells. We will return!

Enjoyed everything! It is better than expected. Truly is a bargain and enjoyed the dolphins, shrimp boat and nearby Hunting Island. Highly recommended!

We have been coming down to this cottage for a few years now, and it truly does feel like a home away from home. The hosts are both highly prepared and responsive to the needs of their guests, plus we always appreciate their high level of communication. The location is convenient to the downtown restaurants and waterfront park, plus it's only a short drive to the Hunting Island beaches. We look forward to continuing our future stays here.

My family and I just got home from this wonderful cottage and miss it already! The cottage itself is absolutley wonderful. It was exactly as described and more than we could have ever hoped for. We loved how quite and cozy it really was. The view off the back deck is so breath-taking you could sit out there for hours (watch for dolphins). We hope to make it back there very soon!
