  My friends and I had a fun, relaxing stay at Blue Two.We stayed in the main house. First off, the house was extremely clean and tidy. The decor was fun, fanciful and very attuned to the ocean oriented community. We had all we needed in the kitchen to make delicious communal meals. We were a short distance from eateries. The location is excellent. It is a very short walk to a wonderful, wide, clean beach with plenty room to take long relaxed walks(or jogs) watching sea birds also enjoying the day. I was really impressed with the beautiful well-maintained beach (and I lived in Hawaii!) All in all, it was a wonderful house and location with all of the comforts of civilization as well as the chance to commune with nature.

  My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Blue Two. I was in the cottage and found the separate kitchen very convenient since I was the first one up in the morning. I found everything I needed to make my morning coffee and was pleased how close the cottage is to the beach for my morning walk. The cottage is beautifully decorated and came with all the amenities necessary for a comfortable stay.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children.

  A group of 5 ladies had a great get together in this lovely island cottage. We rented both cottages so we could each have our own bedrooms. The "Big House" & the "Cottage" are beautifully decorated with a cozy beach side theme. All amenities are present if you want to cook in, but it is just a short walk to several good restaurants if you would like to choose that option. Of course, everything is "just a short walk" on Tybee weather you're looking for the beach, restaurants or a tour of the beautifully restored houses. I highly recommend Blue Two & Tybee Island.

  Five Asheville, NC, friends met at Blue Two for a Girls Getaway. We used both houses which provided privacy for each of us and a nicely decorated, beach-comfy common area for conversation and cooking. We lucked out with springlike weather in late January, so we did the easy walk to the beach mornings and late afternoons for leisurely walks. One day we made the short drive to Savannah for a bus tour. I enjoy beautiful decor, and this house was tastefully decorated, clean, and inviting. The rooms are as pretty as the pictures. Thumbs way up!

  Blue Two has become the preferred reunion home for me and my friends ( now in our 70's). We are able to share common areas when want to and to have privacy when we prefer. The accomodations are comfortable, pleasant and clean. I'd say the photos and descriptions are accurate and helpful and I do recommend Blue Two to other friends and relatives.

  We stayed three nights in the cottage while our friends stayed in the 'Big House'. We cooked together in the big kitchen and ate on the deck, but we were able to have quiet breakfasts on our own in the cottage as it had its own kitchenette. Both houses are comfortable and well equipped and have a real seaside charm. And it was just a short walk to the beach!

  I absolutely loved the coziness of Blue Two. It was perfect for my event. As a matter of fact, I went home and emailed requesting it for a future date. Unfortunately, it was booked for then, so if you want a great vacation along with a piece of history, book this beautiful home now!

Holiday weekends are 3-night min: Easter, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day,Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years.

Summer begins on Fri before Mem. Day and ends Labor Day.

June, July and 1st 2 weeks Aug, weekly only: 7 nights, Sun to Sun.

Last 2 weeks in August are a 3-night minimum.

Nov 22 – Dec 1st and Dec 20 – Jan 2 are fall/spring rates.

Occupancy Limit =8 Big Blue, 6 Bitty Blue, 14 Blue Two Parking Space Limit= 4 vehicles Big Blue, 2 vehicles Bitty Blue, 6 vehicles Blue two. Violation of this condition will result in the immediate eviction of the Renter from the above described Property and forfeiture by the Renter of any remaining rental fees and deposits. Further, Renter agrees to pay Owner for any damages to premises, including damages to furnishings and household items, which occur as a result of Renter’s occupancy excluding normal wear and use. DURING YOUR STAY SAND: Please use the hose by the front steps or the outside shower to remove sand before entering the house. Sand causes very difficult plumbing problems, which could hinder your pleasurable vacation. NOISE: 11:00 PM curfew for loud talking or music on deck. If police are called, you are subject to being asked to leave property. GRILL: Guests are responsible for proper use and disposal of charcoal. AC/HEAT: When you have AC/heat on, PLEASE keep windows closed and close doors immediately. This historic house is difficult and costly to cool and heat. Feel free to open house up when AC/heat is off. THANKS! CHECK-OUT- 11:00a.m.— NO EXCEPTIONS DURING PEAK SEASON AC/HEAT: Please leave AC on 85 or heat on 40. FOOD/Kitchen- Please leave dishes clean and remove all food you bring onto the premises and deposit garbage and recycle material in dumpsters or cans. TRASH: Trash only in rolling green can, every Wed and Sat. Please roll cans back from street after they are empty Recycle: Recyclables only in rolling blue can, every other WED. See attached schedule. We are green on calendar. PLEASE, NO TRASH in blue can. KEYS: Please leave all keys locked in the lock box. If you do not leave the keys in the lock box, we will bill you for a $25 replacement fee. By checking the box, RENTER CERTIFIES that he/she is at least 21 years of age and has carefully read the limitations. Renter agrees that if such limitations are not met, Owner shall have the right to cancel this agreement. In the event it becomes necessary to cancel this agreement as provided for in this clause, any monies paid for rent will be forfeited by Renter as liquidated damages.
