Enjoy sweeping gulf views from balconies on the second and third floors of this magnificent, luxury home, "The Blue Waters", on the West end of Panama City Beach. You don't want to climb the stairs to enjoy the view? Take the private elevator up!
When you are not enjoying the beautiful, white-sand beach, only half a block away, or gazing at the coastal dune lake across the street, you can watch the 32-inch, High-definition, flat-screen, LCD TV, with high-definition digital cable, in the living room. The main TV and sound system are wired to ceiling speakers in the living area, den and third floor master bedroom. (Don't worry, we left easy-to-follow directions to run the system!) There are also televisions in the den and all four bedrooms, as well as, six DVD players and two VCRs. Stay connected with our high-speed Internet connection.
The third floor has a luxurious master suite with a king bed, jetted tub, large shower with a regular and handheld showerhead and incredible views of the beach and lake. The second floor has the living room, kitchen, dining room, den (with a full-size, fold-down couch), full bath, laundry room and great beach and lake views from the living area and balcony. There are two additional balconies, on the second floor, which overlook a private courtyard and fountain that is shared by three homes. The first floor has another master suite with a king bed and a private bath. A bedroom with a Queen and a bedroom with two sets of bunk beds share a second, full bath on the first floor.
Enjoy luxury with granite countertops in the kitchen, bathrooms and even in the laundry room. State-of-the art appliances and a well-equipped kitchen complete the package.
Our home is located on the West end of Panama City Beach, in Laguna Beach. It is quiet, less crowded and devoid of any high-rise condominiums, but only a few minutes drive to the "action". It gives you access to the many attractions in the area without the constant traffic congestion. Water parks, cruises, parasailing, arcades, miniature golf, restaurants and many other activities are a few minutes away down Front Beach Road.

Traveler review for this vacation rental (194562) 5/5 WOW - What a Christmas Vacation! Happy in Laguna Beach Ponte Vedra Beach, FL. Date Submitted: January 05, 2009 Date of Stay: December 2008 We rented Blue Waters for the week of Christmas so four generations of family could spend the holiday together. The house was perfect! With parents who are 84 and 86, the elevator made it possible for them to be part of the holiday. Debbie Carnegie has done a wonderful job making the rental feel like home. We had everything we needed to enjoy our time together. The property was extremely clean and well maintained. For anyone who is considering Blue Waters - you can't do better! The beach was less than a block away with beach access right there. Pier Park is less than 5 minutes away with great restaurants and shopping. Three grocery stores are within 10 minutes. And, don't miss the wonderful donut shop right down the street on Front Beach Road! Donuts better than Krispy Kreme! I would highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a good time at the quiet end of the Beach!
