The house has an open floor plan with cathedral ceilings, and lots of windows to let in the cool ocean breezes. The first floor has two bedrooms, full bath, and a large open kitchen, dining, and family room area. Great place to cook a few lobsters and relax Martha's Vineyard style! The second floor has a large master bedroom, bath, and loft area. In the loft there is a futon and TV. In the basement you will find an additional living/sitting room with a couch, chairs, and TV, as well as full laundry facilities. The house has all the amenities you will need to enjoy your family vacation.
Also located on the property is a guest house. The guesthouse can be rented or may be occupied by other renters during the summer months.
