Walk right out from the condominium onto our PRISTINE WHITE SAND BEACH. There is nothing between you and the private beach; you can swim right into the CLEAR TURQUOISE and EMERALD GREEN WATERS.
The condominium is beautifully and professionally appointed. There is a large living room and a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar that can accommodate private dinners or for entertaining larger crowds as well. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and private bathroom. There are two TVs, a DVD/VCR player, and a washer/dryer for providing ease and convenience to our guests.
Couples and families are given relaxing, yet luxurious smoke-free, pet-free accommodations. The king-size bed in the master bedroom, bunks in the hallway, and queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room sleeps up to six in your party. There are two full bathrooms, which is rare in all of the Destin area and adds to your comfort.
Pelican Isle is one of the newest luxury condominium buildings on Okaloosa Island, built in 2003. The Pelican Isle building itself is decorated with beautiful and bright colors of the Caribbean. There is also a fitness center overlooking the beach, which includes a treadmill and elliptical trainer. For those who cannot leave work at home, there is a high speed internet connection in your condominium as well.
Just four miles from Destin, Okaloosa Island has ten great restaurants, shopping, nine-hole golf course, miniature golf, the Gulfarium, and all the water activities, all without the hustle and bustle and traffic of Destin. Okaloosa Island prides itself on a huge fishing pier, boardwalk, and public esplanade with dining and entertainment, so do not forget your fishing gear and enjoy the activities right on the Gulf of Mexico. You will be able to enjoy the serene family atmosphere of Okaloosa Island, yet be close enough to Destin to be a part of it if you choose to.
Okaloosa Regional Airport (VPS) is extremely convenient to Pelican Isle with service by Delta, ASA, Continental, Northwest, Comair, and American Eagle. Shuttle service around Okaloosa Island and Destin is provided by the Okaloosa County Transit for those who prefer not to drive. Stops are made at restaurants, shopping centers, additional beach locations, and the Emerald Coast Convention Center.
