  Excellent vacation! Spacious condo, really nice...... Elevators are slow and hot but its not too bad. The king bed was too firm for me, but my husband liked it. Tha balcony was huge and had a great view. We usually go to Panama City Beach, but we think Fort Walton/Destin will be our new family vacation spot since we're starting a new family. The beach was not crowded at all and it was a very short convenient walk to get there. Luckily since I'm 8 months pregnant. Overall a great trip and we will definitely go back.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

  We stayed in this condo for the month of March and had a very relaxing vacation! We loved the view of the Gulf from the top floor in the Islander Resort. You can see the pool and hot tub from the balcony, and there was comfortable furniture on the balcony. The unit was clean and had all the essentials one would need. The kitchen had plenty of glasses, dinnerware, and pots and pans. There was a crock pot as well, which we did use. You don't often see a crock pot in a rental, so that was nice. It was a little inconvenient not to have a garbage disposal, as we usually rinse off our dishes into the sink. I suspect there used to be one because there was a switch near the sink. There is a very nice big screen TV in the living room, with a working DVD/VCR player which we used to watch a movie. There were plenty of bath towels, however we could have used a few more towels in the kitchen. We had a washer/dryer which was very convenient! This was a very comfortable unit with a fantastic view of the "Emerald Coast". We enjoyed our stay very much and would definitely return. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

  We experienced one of the best vacations ever in Ft. Walton. The weather was great, the beach was beautiful and the condo was excellent. The owner was great to work with as well. We plan to return as often as possible !

  My family and I just got back from a wonderful week in this beautiful condo. The view could not have been better. All you had to do is step out front to a very roomy area where you could see the bay and Ft Walton and all the boats at night, The beach was perfect and the weather very good.... hot tub very good....and the pool was crystal clear. Even got a glimpse of dolphins! The Baldwin FMILYRONDAVOUS1@HOTMAIL

  We returned recently from a trip to Ft. Walton and stayed at this condo. When we entered into the condo, it was more beautiful than the pictures posted online. It is so beautifully decorated and CLEAN and well maintained and it is right on the beach. The first thing I did was go straight to the huge balcony of this top floor (7th) condominium overlooking the swimming pool, hot tub, and the sugar white sand beaches and beautiful aquamarine waters of the Gulf of Mexico. The view from the living room, dining room, and kitchen were breath taking. This spacious and luxurious unit includes two nice sized bedrooms and two full-sized bathrooms. It provides comfortable beds, nice appliances (oven/stove, dishwasher, fridge with ice maker) cookware, dishes, silverware, utensils, clothes washer/dryer, linens and towels, small TV's in both bedrooms and large LCD flat screen TV in living room with a DVD player for your enjoyment. Each bedroom as well as the living area has its own ceiling fan. The gorgeous electric fireplace in the living area is also available for winter stays. Wireless high speed internet was awesome and super fast. An outdoor charcoal barbeque grill is provided near the pool for your grilling pleasure. The zero-entry pool area and the hot tub on the beach side were top-notch. This is a gorgeous condo in an incredible location. Easy assess to and from places to go, very quiet place to stay, and less traffic. Overall it was the perfect spot to stay in the Ft. Walton area, and very close by great shopping and all of the great restaurants in Ft. Walton and Destin. If you’re still looking for a place to stay, look no further. You will never regret staying here, in fact you will make this a tradition for your yearly family vacation.

  We just got home from Ft. Walton Beach and had a great vacation. The condo is in a fabulous location with a wonderful beach, great views and a huge swimming pool. It had everything we needed for a family beach trip. Only issue we had was that the beach chairs and umbrellas are $28/day so you might want to bring your own. Pam was great to work with on arrangements too. We'll definitely stay here again when we come back to Ft. Walton.
