Perfect for family as there is less traffic in this area and is minutes (walking) from Deep Sea Fishing, parasailing, restaurants (the best in the area) shopping and the boat docks where you can watch the crews bring in some of the most beautiful fish you will ever see!
This condominium is a spacious, two bedroom unit located on the THIRD (3rd) FLOOR with approx 1400 square feet of living space. The view is incredible - not too high and not too low (see our website for tons of photos of actual views).
Our unit offers you instant access to the parking deck - no more walking a city block to get from your car to the unit - you will unload your "stuff" within 50 feet of your parking spot - yet you will never hear traffic from the garage. PLUS - no getting wet if it is raining as our parking is completely covered - right into the unit! You don't even have to get on an elevator to access our unit!
The OCEAN view from our unit!? EXQUISITE, UNBELIEVABLE, BREATHTAKING, ROMANTIC, RELAXING and all that you would expect from a condo overlooking the Gulf of Mexico! We offer a HUGE balcony overlooking the ocean, pool, gazebo and of course, a west facing sunset! No need to go to the Pacific Ocean to find a sunset like this! The view from our unit is unparalleled!
When we furnished this unit, we asked ourselves..."what would we want to have in a unit to enjoy our stay" (as we stay here often)...the conclusion? ALL THE AMENITIES YOU COULD EVER WANT. We even have surround sound and an extra DVD/VCR in each room (except one) along with Hi-Speed Wireless Internet!
All the furnishings are what we like to call Tuscan-Beach! Ever stay at a vacation spot but by day four you are ready to go home? This will not happen here - you simply will not want to ever leave!
So what about the beaches!? Panama City Beach has been boasted as "the world's finest beaches" and the sugary white sands this unit overlooks will not disappoint! I liken this to the Carribean or Bahamas - clear, Emerald-Blue/Green water! Plus, you will never get bored as there is so much to do on the beach - you may never need to get in a car!
The complex? It features a beautiful large olympic-size, heated swimming pool; a large children's pool (my kids love it!); and a nice workout facility complete with treadmills, cardio machines and extensive free weights - all of which are overlooking the gulf!
The complex also offers a covered parking facility and a 24-hour private security. No need to worry about late night partiers keeping you up at night! Located near the curve on Thomas Drive adjacent to Panama City's Grand Lagoon & State Park, you get the best of both the Gulf of Mexico and Panama City's boat yard on Grand Lagoon.
Other things you should know about our unit: NO TWO UNITS IN TREASURE ISLAND ARE ALIKE!! Which is why the prices vary so much. ResortQuest manages many of the units and they rate units according to features and amenities - ours was rated the highest!
It is a NON-SMOKING unit (smoking is allowed outside on the balcony) and features high quality in décor and standards. Even our mattresses on the beds are top quality Sealy!
We feature a king-size pillow top bed in the master suite (gulf front with balcony), a queen-size pillow top in the guest suite, two built-in bunk beds for the kids and a pull-out queen-size sleeper sofa in the den - in total, you can sleep eight very comfortably (you will even fight over the pull out couch as it is so comfortable).
The master bath features double vanities, a large double shower (his and her showerheads) and a huge walk-in closet. Each room has DVD/VCR flat screen TV's with cable.
The kitchen would make a chef happy with granite countertops, full-size stove and refrigerator with ice-maker, dishwasher, microwave, electric can opener, blender, toaster, glassware, silverware, and plenty of pots, pans and cookware. Additionally, our unit has a private in-unit washer and dryer.
Finally, we have HI SPEED INTERNET in the room so you can browse the internet while overlooking the beautiful ocean!
I assure you, if you stay in this unit, you will never stay in another condominium in the Panama City area - but hurry...our unit is booking fast!
