Unit 401 Regency is a tropical paradise just waiting to be enjoyed by your and your family! Our kitchen has just been updated and is fully equipped. It is very well appointed and weather you want to cook a little or a lot you'll have what you need! Our laundry room is spacious with full sized washer and dryer for your convenience.
Our condo is very spacious - over 1500 square feet of space - and you will have all the conveniences of home. The master bedroom had a very comfortable king sized bed, chair and ottoman and the master bath has a whirlpool tub. The spacious second bedroom has 2 queen beds with an adjoining bathroom. This arrangement is perfect for 2 couples or families wanting to travel together. We continually update our "home away from home" and our guests are never dissappointed! It is not the typical rental unit.
If you have never been to Navarre Beach ..... you must come! Come and enjoy the beauty of the sun, sand and surf without the crowds! Navarre Beach is still one of Florida's best kept secrets. Our sign coming onto the island says so! We have always dreamed of owning a place on the beach and Navarre Beach and the Regency was the perfect place! It is a midrise complex with a wonderful family atmosphere! We love the lifestyle of Navarre Beach. We can feel our blood pressure go down and lifes worries leave as we go across the bridge and onto the island. Every season is the perfect season to be there!
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
We have wonderful large, private balconies at the Regency. We have over 400 feet of beach frontage and because of the low density of our complex it is never crowded. We enjoy a "family atmosphere" at the Regency and on Navarre Beach. We have ample parking and if you request ahead of time you can bring your boat, etc. Our oversized pool is never crowded and we love it in during cooler weather when its heated. It's just a wonderful place to call "home" even if just for a few days!

What a beautiful condo!!! Navarre is a wonderful, quiet beach and we had a beautiful view from the balcony of this condo. This condo is much nicer than the pictures! It is well stocked, very clean, quiet and comfortable. Everything was perfect, even the weather:)

Our stay at Ron & Betty's home away from home was "simply the best" ever! The condo was very clean and well decorated. This was our fist stay at Navarre Beach. We were there for my daughter's wedding at Holy by the Sea Beach House. As Betty stated, the condo was well equipped with everything you need to make your stay enjoyable and worry free. Betty took excellent care of us before and during our stay! I had my two sisters and family and one brother and his family as well as my son and his family and my youngest daughter & her fiancee all here for the wedding. Family from Louisiana and Arkansas and they all said they want to return to Navarre Beach. Ron & Betty, after seeing your unit, they all want to return to your home away from home! We are all planning a trip back next year and looking forward to staying in your unit again. Thank you so much Ron & Betty for opening your home to others for such a lovely, comfortable and super clean "home away from home". Our memories on the beach, balacony and condo itself will always have a special place in our hearts. By the way, our daughters wedding was as beautiful as she had wished for. I found "Simply the Best" in January this year as I began planning our annual surprise for our wedding anniversaries. This year was my year to plan. My bride has always wanted a laid back beach vacation and after all these years, this is the first. Betty is such a gracious hostess and managed to care for all our needs both before and during our stay. The decor of the unit is exquisite, it was clean as a whistle and well appointed. The view of the emerald green water from the balcony is seared in our memories for years to come. The bright white beaches in contrast were soft as face powder and well cared for. They were uncrowded every day. The sign on the Navarre Beach Causeway is correct, "Florida's Best Kept Secret." Everything was just right. I cannot think of anything I would have wanted in a place to stay that was not part of our stay here. I can't imagine now coming back and we have already recommended this unit to 6 of our friends. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

The beach was incredible and the unit was even more so. My children and I had a wonderful week! We were all impressed by the unit and it felt very much like a home instead of a rental unit. It was by far one of the most well kept and tastefully decorated condos, we have ever rented. I assure you, you will love Navarre Beach and this unit. Very easy to work with and very quick responses on any questions.
