Because 401 is an end you will love the East end views all the way to Destin! Of course the spectacular views from both the living area and the master bedroom of the Gulf will take your breath away! We have given great attention to detail throughout our condo and our guests notice the little "extras" we provide. Our unit was professionally decorated and it is upscale, tropical and relaxing! We have a leather sectional sofa which contains a recliner and sofa bed and a second recliner for your relaxation in the living area. Enjoy your favorite sporting events on our 42" High Def TV. Unit 401 Regency is a tropical paradise just waiting to be enjoyed by your and your family! Our kitchen has just been updated - it is beautiful! It is very well equipped and weather you want to cook a little or a lot you'll have what you need!
Our condo is very spacious and you will have all the conveniences of home. The master bedroom had a very comfortable king sized bed and the master bath has a whirlpool tub. The spacious second bedroom has 2 queen beds with an adjoining bathroom. This arrangement is perfect for 2 couples or families wanting to travel together. We have replaced draperies, linens, chairs, balcony furnishings, counters, etc. this season.....we continually update our "home away from home" and our guests are never dissappointed! It is not the typical rental unit. There are ample linens and closet space throughout each unit and each room has a TV/DVD.
If you have never been to Navarre Beach ..... you must come! Come and enjoy the beauty of the sun, sand and surf without the crowds! Navarre Beach is still one of Florida's best kept secrets. Our sign coming onto the island says so! If your idea of the perfect vacation is strolling on the sand, rocking in the surf, relaxing on the balcony while enjoying spectacular sunsets - don't look any more - you've found it! Our pristine white sand and emerald blue water is beauty you don't often see and you won't soon forget. The Regency is a wonderful complex on Navarre Beach. Our pool is the largest on the island and is heated from March through November. Regency condos are the largest 2 bedroom units on the beach with over 1520 square feet of space. They have nine foot ceilings, floor to ceiling sliding glass doors in both the great room and the master suite overlooking the water. Our 30x8 private Gulf front balcony offers a panoramic view of the Gulf of Mexico. The balconies are very comfortably furnished for your relaxation and enjoyment. On Navarre Beach you'll enjoy a tropical paradise found no where else in the Panhandle of Florida. We enjoy a quiet beauty on the island where you can truly sit back, relax, and take it all in. The three miles of developed beach that make up Navarre Beach are spectacular! Both east and west of the area are miles and miles of protected beaches that are often secluded. Enjoy lots of sea life, sea turtles, porpoises playing in the ocean and viewed from your balcony. Santa Rosa Sound is also found in our back yard. Great for boating, wave runners, fishing.
