Unit 401 is our beautiful end unit. You'll love the island view to the East from the 3 end windows. It is tropical, spacious, and has been professionally decorated. It is fully appointed with great attention given to detail throughout the unit. You will have all the conveniences of home. The master bedroom had a king sized bed and the master bath has a whirlpool tub. The second bedroom has 2 queen beds with an adjoining bathroom. This arrangement is perfect for 2 couples or families wanting to travel together. There are ample linens and closet space throughout each unit and each room has a TV/DVD and/or VCR.

The Regency is a wonderful complex on Navarre Beach. Our pool is the largest on the island and is heated from March through November. Regency condos are the largest 2 bedroom units on the beach with over 1520 square feet of space. They have nine foot ceilings, floor to ceiling sliding glass doors in both the great room and the master suite overlooking the water. Our 30x8 private Gulf front balcony offers a panoramic view of the Gulf of Mexico. The balconies are very comfortably furnished for your relaxation and enjoyment.
