Stroll 5 minutes through lush private grounds to the Garden Island�s world famous beaches; Poipu Beach, Brennecke�s Beach, and Shipwreck�s beach, the sunniest spots on Kauai. Pick one of the gorgeous white sandy beaches to match your water sports interests; swimming, body surfing, boogie boarding, surfing, snorkeling, windsurfing or kiteboarding. On land, golf courses, and horseback riding stables are within a few minutes drive. The Regency at Poipu Kai Resort offers 9 tennis courts, 3 swimming pools and hot tubs and a variety of walk-to restaurants. The world-class Hyatt Regency and its luxury spa are also a short walk from the condo.

At the top of a short flight of stairs, you enter a large living room with the dining room separated by a breakfast bar from the expansive kitchen, featuring all the amenities. The condo is decorated in tasteful island tones and kick-back comfortable furniture under cathedral ceilings. The living room lanai is large enough for breakfast or cocktails and informal moon-lit dinners. The cool shade from the surrounding palms give the indoor and outdoor space a welcome oasis from a long day at the beach.

This 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath condo offers great private space as well. The Master bedroom features a king size bed, private bath and separate lanai. The second bedroom has a king size bed with a full bath across the hall. The second floor bedroom is open and roomy with two twin beds and a half bath. The condo luxuriously sleeps six, and the fold-out couch allows up to 8 guests.

  • It was a perfect 2006 Christmas vacation for us. The accomodations were everything we could have wished for and more! They even provided a very nice Christmas tree with awesome decorations!! The location couldn't have been better and we can hardly wait to go back. Also, the owner is terrific to deal with too!

  • What a great condo! We have a family of 7 and fit in it comfortably. The updated interior was great, inviting, and had everything we needed for older and young children. We came to Kauai for a wedding and knew several people staying in other areas, but this was by far the best of all accomidations and the price was far lower. We would definitely return and recommend it to those we know. It was an amazing experience-Wow! Thank you so much for making a wonderful vacation even more pleasurable.

  • This condo met all of our expectations and more. It's beautifully decorated, a lovely walk to the beach, and our young girls especially loved the pool closest to the condo (1 of 3 pools.) Several Hawaiian cds on hand and the fresh orchid on the dining room table added to the lush ambiance. If you enjoy running or walking, it's in a great location for beautiful routes. Poipu Beach Park nearby offers great snorkeling and a wonderful safe beach for little ones. The Hyatt, a short walk in the other direction is a fun place to have a drink. We would highly recommend this condo to others. In addition, the owner provided good information about local beaches and restaurants. She has been very pleasant to work with.

  • This was our 4th time in Kaui and we have finally found the perfect spot! Poipu is beautiful and the condo we rented was so pretty, with every amenity, and the location was excellent. Our children loved the beach and my husband and I could relax in beautiful surroundings--we will definitely go back and would receommend it without hesitation.

  • We loved the condo! It's beautifully decorated, high ceiling's, completely comfortable. Everything is fresh, clean and new! A five minute walk to many wonderful beaches, where my daughter took surfing lessons. The water is great! On the other side is the Hyatt for evening cocktails.....absolutely lovely! We can't wait to come back!

  • Hi. I just recently stayed in your condo and loved it. It is a really short walk to some of the best beaches, and there is a great pool right outside the condo. It was very roomy and great for my family of 6. I hope I can come back and stay here again soon.

  • What a fabulous place to stay. We had everything we could possibly need. The condo is beautifully furnished, very clean and comfortable. All you need is your book and bathing suit.
