We love Kauai, and had spent many vacations here. We wanted to be able to spend more time here with family and friends. We are so happy being in Poipu!

The condo is perfectly located... a short walk to all of our favorite beaches. The roomy layout makes it so fun to have our friends join us in Kauai. Everyone has lots of room and privacy in the condo. The lanai is great for meals and just relaxing. The weather in Poipu is the best!!!

We love being in Kauai...the beaches are the best, and the whole island is so beautiful. We love to kiteboard, surf, paddle board, and swimming in the ocean. This area is great for long walks too, another thing we love to do in Kauai.

My family really enjoyed staying at this property. It is located within easy walking distance of the fantastic Poipu Beach, and was more than large enough for four adults and a child. The unit was furnished with everything we needed including beach gear, and was clean and well maintained. Hilary, the owner, was very responsive and helpful. I hope we can stay here again, and we'd certainly recommend it to our friends.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.
Felt so much like home we didn't want to leave!

We so enjoyed our Spring Break vacation in March 2011 in this quiet, spacious and comfortable condo. The living room was well furnished and very relaxing with space for everyone. The beds and linen were clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and clean. The beach cooler, towels, chairs, mats, umbrellas, sand toys, boogies boards and snorkel gear were so much appreciated. Kids loved the Disney and Cartoon channels, and the twin beds with their own bathroom in upstairs loft. Washer, dryer, and dishwasher all worked really well and were well supplied with detergents. The owner Hilary was a pleasure to deal with and very helpful. The welcoming basket of pineapple and papayas was much appreciated. Little details like a small library of books, games, and reprints of old travel posters of Hawaii were so fun. Definitely close to beach, walking trails, nice restaraunts and hotels....and of course who wouldn't want a choice of three different swimming pools. Enjoyed hosting some local friends for dinner around the large dining table and the bbqs at the pool area worked really well. The beautiful landscaping added to the tropical atmosphere, and was especially enjoyable when sitting on the lanai. We would not hesitate to stay in this condo and rent from Hilary again. Our only complaint is that we wish we could have stayed longer!

We stayed here in April 2010, and really enjoyed the condo. There were 4 adults and 2 kids, and plenty of room for everyone. The unit was nicely furnished and very clean. We appreciated not having to rent a crib or highchair and made use of all the beach equipment. My son loved having his very own loft. it was a very convenient and quiet location.
Recommended for:Families with young children, families with teenagers.

We stayed in this condo in Sept/Oct. of 2009. It was the perfect condo for our family (2 couples and 2 children). We were welcomed with fresh fruit and flowers inside the condo. The Plumeria tree outside the window also scented the condo very nicely. The balcony was great for breakfast. The beds were comfortable and the master bath was so huge with double sinks and wrap around mirrors. The kids had tons of room to run. The highchair and pack n play were great to use. The toys, noodles and beach towels came in very handy as well as the wagon at the bottom of the stairs to use for the short, beautiful walk to Poipu beach - the best beach anywhere for small kids and snorkeling. We even saw a seal and a huge turtle parked on the sand several days. Hilary (the owner) was very accomodating as well as the housekeeper who cleaned to our liking. We plan to be back next year and would definitely stay here again!
