This is a custome built 5 bedroom home one block from the beach. There are two king beds, a queen and four full beds for your comfort. Just one block from the beach and three blocks from the Isle of Palms recreations center. Isle of palms marina is very close. The house has a fourth floor observation deck complete with a wet bar and half bath. Beautiful sunsets from here. A elevator is available for your convenience. The private pool is just in the back and the perfect location to end the day of sun and fun.
The gourmet kitchen is fully stocked with cooking equipment and the living and dining areas are roomy and open. There is a screened porch off the living and kitchen area. The CD player can be heard from the screened porch, the observation deck, and the pool area. A short walk to the town center and very convenient to fresh seafood and groceries. Safe and child friendly neighborhood great for walking and biking.
