NEW CARPET AND FLOOR TILE DECEMBER 2007. 254 Evian is an upper level flat with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and is equipped with a queen-size sleeper sofa, and full size washer & dryer. The master bedroom is furnished with a queen bed; the master bath has two sinks and a walk-in shower with dual showerheads. The guest bedroom is furnished with twin beds; the guest bathroom has a tub with shower. HIGH SPEED WIRELESS INTERNET and six beach chairs included. FREE BIKE NOTE: Think owner supplied "FREE BIKES" are a good deal? Free bikes are cool if they fit your family's sizes, gender and preferences. Free bikes are cool until you have a flat tire or chain break five miles from your rental villa. We have a program better than owner supplied free bikes - ask us about it. This Evian Villa is a spacious 1500 square feet, very open and bright and is fully equipped with everything from DVD/VCR's with two flat screen TV's to a coffee grinder. Evian offers a large community pool and eight lighted tennis courts), bicycle trails, and 254 Evian is only a short six-tenths-of-mile walk, bike or drive to the beach. The beach access for Shipyard Plantation provides free guest parking and a clubhouse with restroom and outdoor shower facilities. Evian is located within Shipyard Plantation. Shipyard Plantation is within a mile of Sea Pines Circle, which makes Shipyard one of the most convenient locations on Hilton Head Island. Within a mile or two of each of the two security gates are over 100 restaurants featuring everything from fast food to fine dining (a list of our favorites is available in the villa). There are also six supermarkets just outside the Shipyard gates including Publix, Harris Teeter, Fresh Market, BiLo, Food Lion and Piggy Wiggley. There several bakeries (our favorite is the Coligny Bakery located at Coligny Plaza near the Pope Avenue Circle. This is our sixth year of renting our Evian Villa we have had several guests return to Evian every year some twice a year. There is one retired couple that has wintered in our Evian Villa five consecutive years, this couple has spent seventeen winters in Evian.
