It is complete with a Custom 11-by-13-foot Top Grain Leather Sofa, a 50 inch High Definition Plasma TV, Satellite, DVD player, two Ceiling Fans, and a Gas Fireplace. This house is also equipped with a Vonage phone system to allow free unlimited calls to the US and or Canada. Another important feature is the wireless high-speed internet. This house has everything a person might need to conduct business on a vacation.
Every room of this House has 100% Blue Pearl Italian Granite floors along with the Kitchen Counters and Bathroom Walls. The Gourmet Kitchen is Complete with a Huge Sub-Zero Refrigerator, Professional Viking Range, Filtered Ice Maker, and everything needed to cook Gourmet Meals.
Every window in the house has UV Blinds. The House Water is softened through a Water Softener System. Also, this house gives you use of a Two Car Garage.
Great for bringing you Motorcycles, Surfboards, Kayaks etc. This Community has Two Guards which patrol the neighborhood 24 hours with a Closed Front Gate. VERY SECURE! And only 45 minutes to US Border.

The Third Bathroom has a Queen-Sized Bed, a Queen-Sized Futon Sofa Sleeper, a Full Exercise Gym Center, TV, Satellite, DVD player, CD Stereo System, Ceiling Fan, Private Bathroom with a Granite Shower, and a Sliding Door with a Private Sidewalk leading to the Pool and Beach.
The Pool and Spa are Heated at the renters expense they are both 100% Tile Black Bottom and covered whith a Solar cover which brings the water temperature to 92 degrees in the Summer months, and very warm in Spring and Fall. You can control the Pool and Spa Bubbles, lights and Heat from a Plasma Control Panel on the Living Room Wall. The Pool Patio has seating for six and two lounge chairs.
The Upper Pool Patio has it's own sidewalk leading down to the Palapa Bar, Barbecue, Outdoor Shower, Dining Table and Lounge Chairs. This Entertaining Area is Located on the Beach below the House and Pool.
There is seating for six under the Bar along with a large teak table with four chairs, a Granite Table which seats four, and two lounge chairs. The Palapa Bar has a Kitchen Sink, Full Cabinets, a built-in Granite Ice Chest, Liquor Shelves, Mosaic Granite Counters, and filled with Rustic Decor. The Palapa itself is a "sight to see". The Amenities which Juliette is referring to is the pool heater which wasn't offered at the time. Now we offer the option to heat the pool and or jacuzzi at your expense by having the pool propane tank filled. Also, we have a plasma control panel in the house to control the heater, lights, and pumps. Thanks Juliette for the positive comment. Jason Kelley
