Balcony View- North - Amelia Island Condo Our villa is on Beach Walker in Amelia Island Plantation and is just steps away from the pool and beach and offers a wonderful view of the Atlantic Ocean. The pool has many protected sundecks and a BBQ area. The villa has been recently renovated and is in excellent condition. It has three bedrooms and two bathrooms with an open feel, two TVs, with cable and VCR and numerous family board games and puzzles. A perfect villa for families. This unit does not have an "amenties" card. Amelia Island Plantation ("AIP") is Florida’s premier AAA-Four Diamond Island Resort destination. AIP is comprised of 1300 acres of natural beauty, nestled among centuries-old live oaks, tranquil salt marshes and the glimmering Atlantic Ocean. Sit on the beach or at the pool and do nothing at all. For families on the go, enjoy a long walk on the beach, take a bike ride on the meandering trails, go fishing or try sailing.
