Our villa is on Beach Walker in Amelia Island Plantation and is just steps away from the pool and beach and offers a wonderful view of the Atlantic Ocean. The pool has many protected sundecks and a BBQ area.
The villa has been recently renovated and is in excellent condition. It has three bedrooms and two bathrooms with an open feel, two TVs, with cable and VCR and numerous family board games and puzzles. A perfect villa for families. This unit does not have an "amenties" card.

AIP is comprised of 1300 acres of natural beauty, nestled among centuries-old live oaks, tranquil salt marshes and the glimmering Atlantic Ocean. Should you want to venture off the island for an evening out, a short 10-minute drive will take you to Fernandina, the second oldest town in the country, a charming seaside Victorian village lined with wonderful restaurants and quaint shops - a stop at the home - made fudge shop is a must.
