Silver Shells is Destin's number one resort and St. Maarten is the most desired building! This smoke-free condominium has a semi-private elevator that opens directly into the unit with breathtaking views of the Emerald Coast from our fifth-floor unit.
The creature comforts include a beach-side bar and grill, 7500-square-foot lagoon pool, kiddie pool, hot tubs, water sport rentals, and organized beach activities.
In The Club at Silver Shells, you will find the new Ruth's Chris Restaurant, fitness center, heated indoor/outdoor pool, saunas and locker rooms, and a full European spa. There is also tennis, billiards, basketball, and a video arcade.
There are three bedrooms:
*Master with a king-size bed and unbelievable views of the Gulf, has a large master bath with large, jetted, jacuzzi tub.
*Second bedroom is very spacious with another king-size bed and private bath.
*Third bedroom has two twin beds with its own bath.
*Two Port-a-cribs in condo for your convenience!!
*The kitchen has all top appliances and is everything you will need to for your culinary creations!
*The condominium has four TVs, VCR, DVD.
*A separate laundry room in the condominium with washer and dryer.
