This beautiful four (4) bedroom, three and a half (3.5) bathroom private resort home is in the quiet neighborhood of Anna Maria. It is a Key West style design with large wrap-around porches upstairs and boardwalks & decks downstairs. NOTE - 12 PHOTOS ON THIS PAGE.
The Beach House is just a 2 to 3 minute walk to the white sand beaches located on the very northern tip of the Island. From the driveway you can see where the street dead-ends into the Gulf of Mexico. You are also within walking distance to more than a dozen restaurants / eateries, including a number of bars & night spots.
The home has been re-modeled in 2006 and has a designer kitchen with granite counter tops. High-speed Internet access is provided with a wireless hub and includes a desktop computer and printer on-site. The upstairs Living Room / Dining area and hallway have beautiful wood floors, with new carpeting in the bedrooms. The Master has a King size bed with a private Bathroom.
There is a Queen in the second Master and both Master Bedrooms have French doors that open out onto the upstairs large rear balcony overlooking the pool & backyard. The third upstairs bedroom is also quite spacious and has extra large - thick mattress bunk beds and an Infant Bed that could sleep 3 to 4 children.
The second upstairs bathroom is shared off the hallway. The fourth Bedroom is located downstairs and includes a large Queen-sized sofa pull-out bed and another set of regular bunk beds. This bedroom has a private Bathroom as well. Basically, the fourth bedroom alone could accommodate a complete family.
The downstairs area includes a Laundry Room, Office / Computer Work Center, Game Room (with a pool table, air hockey table, foosball table, electronic dart board), a 50" Plasma TV with surround sound stereo, a fireplace, numerous board games, and more.
This is a great place for the kids to hang out, as well as for the whole family to enjoy. Outdoor activities include a private heated pool and a separate Jacuzzi. A master BBQ grilling area that is 15' in length (yes - 15 feet long) and includes a large grill, double side burners, a small refrigerator, hot & cold sink, etc. There are twelve bicycles provided for riding around the island, there is fishing gear, crocket for the backyard, a large hammock, skim boards, boogie boards, beach towels, beach chairs, a hot & cold outdoor shower, and much more.
This home offers everything for that well deserved relaxing family vacation in an "executive" luxurious lifestyle unmatched on the island.

- Air Conditioning: There are 2 zones or units - one for the upstairs and a separate zone for the downstairs area.
- Washer: Separate Laundry Room area with large capacity washer and a laudnry chute from the upstairs hallway.
- Dryer: Large capacity dryer, with a folding table and hanging area.
- Linens Provided: We also provide beach towels as well.
- Covered Parking: Allows easy access to the downstairs game room and stairs leading up to the front door.
- Off Street Parking: The Driveway is cement and can accomodate up to 6 cars, with 3 cars parked abreast - 2 rows. Property can handle total of 7 parked cars.
- Parking for RV/Boat/Trailer: The driveway is fairly long and wide, depending on how many other cars, you can park an RV / Boat / trailer on the one side of the driveway.
- Wood Fireplace: Located in the 4th (large) bedroom that opens out to the large Game Room downstairs. A 50 inch plasma TV sits above the fireplace as well.
- Beds
- King Bed: Located in the main Master Bedroom that has a private Bathroom as well and French Doors onto the balcony overlooking the swimming pool.
- Queen Bed: Located in what we call the second Master Bedroom with French Doors that open onto the balcony overlooking the swimming pool.
- Double Bed: Located in the upstairs 3rd bedroom and is the bottom of an extra large - extra thick mattress bunk bed set-up.
- Twin/Single Bed: Located in the upstairs 3rd bedroom and is the top of an extra large - extra thick mattress bunk bed set-up.
- Bunk Bed: Located in the 4th bedroom downstairs and consists of 2 regular sized bunk beds.
- Child Bed: This is located in the 3rd upstairs bedroom but can be easily moved throughout the house.
- Convertible Bed: Located in the 4th downstairs bedroom and is a Queen sized pull-out sofa bed.
- Crib: Located in the Master Bedroom Closet area and can be placed throughout the house.

- Refrigerator (3) : We have a Reverse Osmosis system in the Kitchen that supplies the refrigerator / ice maker as well. A large second side by side with icemaker is located downstairs and there is also a small frig by the BBQ area.

- Balcony (2) : There is a front and rear balcony which includes multiple seating areas, a hammock, ceiling fans, etc.
- Lanai: The downstairs rear deck is covered and includes a mister system for the hotter months of the year.

- Telephone: There is local telephone service provided.
- Free Long Distance: Vonage - free long distance in all 50 United States, Canada, Puerto Rico, and several European countries (England - UK, France, Ireland, Italy, and Spain)
- Computer: There is an office area located downstairs that has a desktop computer, printer, copier, fax machine, and general office supplies.
