THE PLACE:
The facade of a quaint in town cottage disguises the heart of a funky, eclectic, art gallery that sleeps four to six. This re-modeled cottage has an open and vaulted-ceiling living/dining area with spiral stairs leading to the up-stairs bedroom. It is a light fun, and funny place to spend a weekend get-away or month-long retreat.

THE WORK:
Most of the art work displayed is by local artists and many are available to purchase as souvenirs and reminders of the good times you will have.

THE LOCATION:
On a quiet street at the south edge of downtown St. Joe, three blocks from huge sunset and lake views on the bluff, a few more minutes to the water's edge on Lions Park Beach. It is a one mile drive, bike or walk to the heart of downtown with restaurants, shops, farmer's market, art fairs, parades, open-air concerts, museums, parks, etc.

THE ARRANGEMENTS:
The downstairs bedroom has a queen-sized bed. The upstairs bedroom has a full-sized bed and a twin bed. Air mattresses can accommodate two more.

WHAT TO BRING:
Beach towels, a back pack and cooler for trips to the beach and around town, NO TOBACCO PRODUCTS INSIDE PLEASE. We are PET FRIENDLY and ask for a $20/night/pet "lodging fee."

WHAT YOU GET TO USE (extra):
A cart for trips to the beach, four beach chairs.
