We had a splendid stay here. It's like an oasis in the middle of a desert. Moab is a really cool town with plenty of things to do. We did all the usual stuff (Arches, Canyonlands, Dead Horse Point) through out the week and found it very awe-inspiring. The house was perfect for us, with the pool being the greatest feature by far. The beds were very comfortable and the lawn was nice. We loved it a lot. Thank you!!

Thank you for making your home our home for the week. We loved the kitchen/patio layout. The only improvement could be humidifiers for the bedrooms. The beds couldn't be more comfortable. We spent lots of time in the hammocks...so relaxing! Delicate Arch at sunset...not to be missed! ATV & Repelling with High Point & Moab Cliffs & Canyon were great 1/2 day activities. Rafting Westwater Canyon with World Wide Expeditions was awesome - Firery Furnace is beautiful...ranger lead tour can be slow with a big group...but worth it for the views. Double O Arch hike is a long hike, but less visitors. Sand Dune & Broken Arch hike are great for kids. We love Moab...the week went by too quickly. Thank you!

What a nice place to stay! We are from Belgium, traveling through the US, visiting National Parks. After 10 days of hotels and restaurants, it was so nice to stay in the condo and it felt like home. We went to Arches and Canyonlands NP in the mornings (105 degrees at noon!) and relaxed the rest of the day - and cooked our own dinner. We're used to eating low fat and lots of vegetables and fruit and fresh baked bread. - and your kitchen supplies are very good. Thanks for your home!

Wonderful visit, even considering it's summer in Moab. It wasn't too hot to do Delicate Arch, Primitive Loop and lots of other fun things. Nice to have Desert Bistro right here. Also thought Sorrel River Ranch was great for dinner, but we like this better for accommodations. We'll be back!

We had a great time here. Went to Arches, Canyonland, restaurants and wineries! You have a great place here, very relaxing. We were very pleased and believe us, we've been to many places in the US! Well stocked and roomy. One suggestion, you need to provide Kleenex.

We love Moab and this condo! WE were very comfortable and loved the stream and grassy area. We have stayed in Moab several times before, but haven't tried this place. We would definitely come again!! Great for our family of 5.

Every year we come and stay in these condos at least once. They are my favorite place to stay in Moab and I love the stream in the "back yard." Moab is the funnest place to bike, I love doing the slick rock trail! This is the best place to be! Thanks for your "home!"

The condo here was just great - well equipped. Thanks for so many towels and for kitchen equipment being in such good shape. And we LOVED the refreshing pool when we returned from our wonderful (hot 98-100 degree) days in these amazing national parks.

We had a great time in Moab! Arches NP was fantastic. We hiked Windows, Double Arch, Balanced Rock, Devil's garden, Double O arch and -of course- Delicate arch. The condo was just perfect - probably the best place to stay in Moab. We loved it! Hope we'll be back someday.

Thank you for your beautiful accommodations...the condo and the grounds are SO serene. The restaurant was amazing...great food, ambiance and service. Moab is absolutely one of the greatest place I have ever seen...breath taking and surreal. My boyfriend and I had the time of our lives and we look forward to returning for more adventure and memories..

We loved staying here!! Darling decor & so comfortable! We were down here for a city attorney seminar & didn't get to do much but Moab is a great place. We hung out at the river, shopped, & hiked on the trail here. Ate at Sunset Grill (kind of divey, but good food & fabulous view) Also ate at Milt's Stop & Eat (yum). Thank you so much - we'll be back.

We came to Moab for some warmth & sun And ended up having a ton of fun. The biking around Moab is mighty slick And rappelling in Slot Canyon was really "sick." The Fiery Furnace was fun to explore Flowering Biscuit Root and sand galore. But this condo was snuggly, and warm When we came back from a freak snow storm. Thank you so much for letting us use your place We'll be back again with smiles on our face!

This was my first time to Moab! I do not think I could have chosen a greater place to stay. I really enjoyed my time at Moab Springs Ranch an in your vacation property. This location is very convenient and has great access to everything! My favorite hikes were in Arches National Park and Canyonlands National Park. Amazing views! I will recommend all my friends to visit Moab and to stay here when they do. I know I will return with my family and when we do we will stay at Moab Springs Ranch. Thank you for making your great townhome available to other people to enjoy.

We (2 couples) stayed here for a week and really liked it. The price was a bargain. The unit is beautifully built and nicely appointed. The grounds are beautiful- there is a stream flowing right in front, and lots of green grass. A small drawback is that trucks go by night and day- the road through Moab is the only highway- and it kept us awake. But if you ran the AC and kept the windows closed this wouldn't be an issue. It is too far walk to town, but when you drive there is plenty of parking.

Recommended for:Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

We had a great time this week. We saw the arches, yet we were here when Wall arch fell, but we weren't able to see it. We hiked Fisher Towers and Negro Bill's canyon, and both were worth the trip. We went rafting and horseback riding with "Adrift Adventures." We also went to Four Corners and Mesa Verde (very scary, long, high ride up, but well worth it.) After our busy days, the pool was relaxing and refreshing. Overall, we had a wonderful vacation! This condo is beautiful & we will definitely be returning soon! Thanks!

Definitely the nicest place we have staying in. We cooked out almost every night. The pool & meadow were fantastic. Hiking in Arches was unforgettable, we also took a Jet Boat down the Colorado. the beauty of the area leaves you breathless. Temperatures were above 100, but the shaded porch & pool made it tolerable. We drove out from Ohio & are headed for the Grand Canyon then home. Don't forget to stargaze. Any dark area will do. I showed my son the Milky Way & saw many shooting stars.
