Privately owned and fully furnished on the top floor includes a master suite with queen-size bed, private lanai, and bath. The second bedroom has a futon and bunk and a heated ceramic tile floor bath and shower. Living room includes a pull-out queen-size bed so the unit can easily sleep six guests.
You will overlook the boardwalk and a short five minute walk will find you at the beach or enjoying our specialty renowned restaurants and quaint shops. You are but a short drive or bike ride from the many activities listed below.
If quiet and solitude is your pleasure then relax in the main living area of the condominium surrounded by a gourmet kitchen with granite island, plasma TV, and your own lanai overlooking the hustle and bustle of our lakeshore community.

I stayed here for days prior to my wedding and my wedding night. Chris could not have been more accommodating and helpful during this stressful time. Since I had only seen the condo via internet, I was a bit nervous that it would be not be as nice in "person", as in photos. Well, it surpassed my expectation! What a view, and incredibly clean and well equipped!! I would definitely recommend this unit for those that want to park their car and be in the center of downtown, restaurants, water, beach, and beautiful sunsets. Can't wait to come back!!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, people with disabilities, sightseeing, girls getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.
