Waterfront living at its finest! Located on the main street of downtown Grand Haven this new executive condominium includes all the amenities of luxury living! There are spectacular views of the channel, lighthouse, and Lake Michigan from every window and your own private lanai.
Privately owned and fully furnished on the top floor includes a master suite with queen-size bed, private lanai, and bath. The second bedroom has a futon and bunk and a heated ceramic tile floor bath and shower. Living room includes a pull-out queen-size bed so the unit can easily sleep six guests.
You will overlook the boardwalk and a short five minute walk will find you at the beach or enjoying our specialty renowned restaurants and quaint shops. You are but a short drive or bike ride from the many activities listed below.
If quiet and solitude is your pleasure then relax in the main living area of the condominium surrounded by a gourmet kitchen with granite island, plasma TV, and your own lanai overlooking the hustle and bustle of our lakeshore community.
NOTE: WI FI IS ONLY AVAILABLE IN THE AREA RETAILERS - NOT AVAILABLE IN THE BUILDING WHERE THE CONDO IS LOCATED. Some retail options for free wi/fi or renter may purchase wi/fi. Long term rentals may purchase internet connection within the suite.
