* Designer bedding with pillowtop mattress covers! Tropical wooden blinds in living room and bedroom!
* This home has two double beds (which easily sleeps four) with cable TV, DVD, and VCR in both the bedroom and living room. Play your DVDs and CDs in either or both places! Living room features new sofa sleeper which will sleep an additional two persons.
* The kitchen is fully furnished with cooking and eating utensils. There is a brand new microwave oven, large refrigerator, stove and disposal unit in the kitchen. You can cook out on the gas or charcoal grill available to all in the complex. Kitchen table seats 4-6 comfortably.
* There is even a coin-operated laundry room downstairs! Sheets and towels are provided.
* Watch the sunrise or sunset over the ocean from your private balcony.
* Jump into our standard size swimming pool or sun bathe/relax on the lounge chairs poolside, gazing at the palm trees.
* New LCD HD TV 42inch 1080p with HD Tivo!

Our balcony, more like a terrace, has a spectacular view of the pool and of the ocean. Relax with friends as you enjoy the view and the breeze off the ocean. Love sunrises? You got it here! Our condo complex is on a hill with nice foliage, well-maintained, and quiet. Never been to Port Aransas? It is like a sleepy little fishing village with all that entails.
