Welcome to your home-away-from-home! Your one-bedroom condominium has the following attractions:

* Ocean View from the Balcony. Easy access to the beach by a wooden boardwalk in front of our complex. In one to two minutes, you are at the beach for fun, fishing, or relaxing!
* Designer bedding with pillowtop mattress covers! Tropical wooden blinds in living room and bedroom! New Mattresses!
* This condo has two double beds (which easily sleeps four). Living room features new sofa sleeper which will sleep an additional two persons.
* The kitchen is fully furnished with cooking and eating utensils. There is a brand new microwave oven, large refrigerator, stove and disposal unit in the kitchen. You can cook out on the gas or charcoal grill available to all in the complex. New dining table seats 4 comfortably.
* There is a coin-operated laundry room downstairs! Sheets and towels are provided.
* Watch the sunrise or sunset over the ocean from your private balcony.
* Jump into our standard-size swimming pool or sun bathe/relax on the lounge chairs poolside, gazing at the palm trees.
* New LCD HD TV 1080p with Blu-Ray DVD player in living area and bedroom! HD Tivo for your recording in living room with radio-cd ensemble.

We enjoyed our stay very much.! Your home is very nice. Our first visit to Port Aransas has been "as our kids say 'The best vacation ever' "! We have loved every experience we had on the island...ocean, food, dolphins, parasailing, fishing, fireworks, and Corpus Christi for a day. We will definitely have to visit again.
