This is a seventh floor end unit in the southern most building of Sea Colony East. Not only are you directly on the ocean but you have a spectacular uninterrupted view in three directions. From the living room and master bedroom you look down on Sea Colony’s half mile of private protected beach and beyond this, to the south, several miles more of beach and single family houses. Since this is an end unit and does not face a corridor, there are windows on three sides. The second bedroom and den are larger than typical units and the windows have sunny private views.

Sea Colony, "The Beautiful Beach and Tennis Community" is one of the outstanding resorts on the Atlantic Coast. with twelve (12) pools, including five oceanfront and two indoor, many tennis courts, and its many children’s programs. The town of Bethany Beach is only a pleasant walk away. There is something here for everyone.

The master bedroom has a king-size bed, the second bedroom has two twin beds and the den has a queen-size sleeper sofa. A key to our beach locker is provided and you are welcome to use our beach stuff (umbrella, chairs, toys, etc.).
