Located on the North Topsail/Surf City boarder of the island, this family owned home is only steps away from the beach. This quaint little home is by far, our cure for everyday stress and daily demands. Family owned and tastefully decorated giving it a true "at the beach" feel inside and out. This is truly the perfect affordable family get-a-way. You'll love the very spacious and fully equipped kitchen.
The living room has a large couch & love seat. The chaise lounge is so comfy you're sure to claim it as "your chair" while you stay!
The master BR has a private bath with garden tub and shower. Queen size bed, walk-in closet and two dressers. The additional two bedrooms also have double beds, dressers and full closets. We also offer a Roll-A-Way bed for that extra guest. We take great pride in our home and keep it immaculate so you are sure to arrive to a clean, cozy, atmosphere with tons of personal little touches for every one of our guests.
Grab a deck of cards, a comfy chair and pillow and enjoy the warm ocean breeze and the sound of the waves on our screened and covered deck. Or catch some rays and let the breeze gently rock you in the large hammock. A storage area beside the home offers a place to park bikes, coolers, sandy beach accessories, etc..A spacious yard surrounds the home for volleyball, horseshoes, or for kids to run and play. Plenty of off road parking for car,boat, or water craft.

Enjoy romantic walks along our 26 miles of pristine, uncrowded, white sandy beaches, or visit our unique Sea Turtle Hospital. Visit museums, or tour Wilmington or Jacksonville (both rich with history). Go fishing, collect seashells, or hunt for SHARKS TEETH ! Rent a four-seater bike, or if you prefer- relax and catch up on some much needed R&R. There are many wonderful restaurants on the island, so after a day on the beach nothing beats a great seafood meal and cold drink! Topsail is a very low-key, non-chaotic, family oriented vacation spot (un-like the over-crowded, fast-paced larger beaches nearby) Our home is a very comfy 980 square feet, very light and airy and low maintenance! Grocery store and gas station are both a minute away.
