Do not dream it! Experience going over the Jolley Bridge and looking out over the island and waterways; you will get a sense that you are entering paradise. Continue to our home located just one block from Collier Boulevard on Aster Court.

Within walking distance you will Marco Island's white-sand beaches, shopping, restaurants of all types with entertainment seven nights a week, movie theater with the latest releases, sports bar, ice cream shop, and much more.

Or you can choose to lounge in our large screened lanai that offers complete privacy to the heated pool and spa with southern exposure or relax and grill the fish you just caught off the private dock. See Manatees, Dolphins, Bald Eagles, Pelicans, and even Sea Turtles that are part of the Island's wildlife. Enjoy the convenience of having a private water access dock to tie up the boat you rent from a marina on the island for fishing or cruising the inland waterways into the Everglades, up to Naples or to picnic on the Gulf beaches.

To ensure you and your family enjoy all of the luxuries and comforts you expect on your vacation, this home away from home was renovated in 2005. Our bright, 2300 square feet of indoor living space has an open floor plan, tiled floors, three bedrooms, three bath, as well as a full-sized pool and spa.

It features an inviting foyer, living room, dining room, ample seating in the family and adjoining kitchen/dinette. The family room with fireplace, board games, books, movies, and leather sofa recliner allows for plenty of family memories. Our spacious kitchen has a pass through window for easy access to outside pool entertaining.

The master bedroom suite with ceramic tiled features a king-size bed, walk-in closet, TV, VCR, DVD, view of the water, and sliding doors to the spa/pool area. The second guest bedroom features a queen-size bed, TV, and sliding doors with pool and water view. Last but not least, the third bedroom offers two twin-beds, TV and sliding doors facing the water.

This is truly a home-away-from-home. So let the relaxation and fun begin! Once you experience a vacation in our home, we are sure that it will be your favorite vacation spot for years to come!
