Bring your boat!! This lovely, two bedroom, two bath townhouse sits on one of the canals off of the Bay. It has a private boat slip to tie up your boat and two private parking spaces. This vacation home is just off 28th street and only a few short blocks from the beach and the Boardwalk.
The Master bedroom has a queen-size bed with ceiling fan. The second bedroom has 2 twin-size beds and a trundle bed that converts to 2 additional twin-size beds with ceiling fan. Also, there is a queen-size sleep sofa in the Living room with ceiling fan. Thus the unit sleeps eight comfortably and will accommodate your whole family/group.

We were very pleased with the unit and with the owner. Our only regret: we happened to pick the week that the hurricane came through! The condo was clean; it was an easy-in for our boat as well. We'd definitely recommend anyone interested/the description is real.

This house was well maintained, it was very clean. My family and I enjoyed the stay at this house and will definitely stay there again. The house is located just a few blocks from the beach, therefore, it was convenient. The only thing I disliked was that there were no dish detergent and hand soap. Therefore if you go, just make sure you bring those items. This was our first time in Ocean City and we had tons of fun, thank you!
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, tourists without a car, families with young children, age 55+.

This was among the best rentals we have ever had. Location was very quiet and private, yet close to all the things we wanted to do. This property was clean and well maintained. The queen bed in the master bedroom was firm and comfortable. So unlike most of the crummy hotels costing twice as much. Yes, I would definitely recommend this property to others. I expect we will be back next year.

This was an excellent vacation spot. Walking in I was shocked to see how amazing the place was kept. The dock is directly to the rear of the unit, so bringing a boat would be very convenient, if not? just having the canal is nice as well. Walk to the beach and downtown is very close and simple. Parking is directly outside the front door and right on the street if needed, so that was great. Best place I have stayed in yet and plan on coming back in the future. THANKS
