This penthouse unit features two bedrooms, two baths, beautiful décor, furnishings and nine foot ceilings throughout. It is even a non-smoking unit! It has a fully-equipped kitchen that includes all the amenities of home - granite countertops, dishwasher, microwave, side by side refrigerator with ice maker, garbage disposal, pantry, dishes and cookware. The unit also has a full-size washer and dryer, and tile floors throughout the common areas.
The living room and the master suite both have access to the large private beachfront balcony. The living room comfortably seats six and the sofa makes out into a queen-size sleeper. It also has a 32" LCD HDTV.
Building amenities include 200 feet of private beach, beachside heated indoor/outdoor pool, heated whirlpool hot-tub, exercise room, steam room, sauna, wireless internet access, grilling area, volleyball area, bike racks. Reserved covered parking space.
Directions: Take I-65 South to the Bay Minette Exit 37 and travel south on Gulf Shores Parkway (Hwy 59) approximately 53 miles. When you get to the T (this is where HWY 59 and the beach road meets) take a right and 809 Island Royale is approximately 1 mile on the left.

This condo is just as advertised, absolutely perfect. We had a wonderful time and will be back. Gulf shores is a beautiful beach and having a condo with a 12 story ocean front view was perfect. The balcony is huge and the chairs are perfect for relaxing and listening to the surf. Thank you for sharing your condo with us.

This condo was more than we expected - very clean and well maintained and the view is spectacular! The owners are very helpful. I would highly recommend this property to friends or relatives.

We really enjoyed our stay at this wonderful condo. Right on the Gulf, the sunrises and sunsets were magnificent! The condo was outfitted with everything anyone could think to need. You don't have to worry about hauling a lot of kitchen things because it is all there! We recommend this rental for anyone who needs to get away, be able to sit and enjoy the ocean, be able to walk right onto the beach! The Island Royale is like a little home away from home and this condo made our visit special.
