Island Royale Beachfront Penthouse Condo - Gulf Shores, AL Vacation Condo CALL OR E-MAIL FOR SPECIAL WEEKLY RATES FOR OCTOBER - DECEMBER!!!!! This penthouse unit features two bedrooms, two baths, beautiful décor, furnishings and nine foot ceilings throughout. It is even a non-smoking unit! It has a fully-equipped kitchen that includes all the amenities of home - granite countertops, dishwasher, microwave, side by side refrigerator with ice maker, garbage disposal, pantry, dishes and cookware. The unit also has a full-size washer and dryer, and tile floors throughout the common areas. The living room and the master suite both have access to the large private beachfront balcony. The living room comfortably seats six and the sofa makes out into a queen-size sleeper. It also has a 32" LCD HDTV. Building amenities include 200 feet of private beach, beachside heated indoor/outdoor pool, heated whirlpool hot-tub, exercise room, steam room, sauna, wireless internet access, grilling area, volleyball area, bike racks.
