For rent in ARCACHON downtown, Studio ground floor 4 people renovated, at the foot of the Moorish park (games for children), 400 m from the beach, shops nearby (monoprix, restaurants, shops ...), with terrace and lounge of garden.

24 m2, main room (fitted kitchen, appliances, TV, BZ, ...), bedroom (140 cm bed, bunk bed), bathroom (sink, shower, WC).

Terrace 20 m2, garden furniture.

The rental is located in the city center, between the hyper center and the winter city. Once installed, all activities can be carried out without a vehicle.

Holiday key label, holiday checks are accepted.

In July / August, rentals are fortnightly.
From 06/07 to 20/07/2019, from 20/07 to 03/08/2019,
from 03/08 to 17/08/2019 and from 17/08 to 31/08/2019.

Super séjour !

Le logement est agréable et fonctionnel. Il est très bien situé dans Arcachon : proche du parc, des rues commerçantes, boulangerie à deux pas, et la mer à 5min à pieds. Le barbecue et les vélos à disposition sont très appréciables ! Nous avons passé un super séjour dans ce logement cosy.

Vacances paisibles en juin

Location tout confort, propriétaire sympathique, location à 5 minutes à pied de petits commerces et de la plage. Peu de monde en ce début juin avec un beau temps. C'était parfait !

Une semaine magnifique au cœur d'Arcachon

Cette location se trouve au cœur d'arcachon, pas besoin de voiture, tout est à portée de mains, mais avec la tranquillité en plus. 5min à pieds de la plage...Le rêve. De plus les balades à vélos sont incroyables. Un propriétaire investie dans la qualité de son logement. Tout y est optimisé, on voit qu'il y a eu de la réflexion dans l'aménagement de ce bien. Le plus, le jardinet qui nous a permis de manger dehors. Un grand merci pour ce séjour. Nous n'hésiterons pas à revenir
