Beautiful home nestled in the "Gringo Gulch" area among the cobblestone streets. The home has a very authentic taste of colonial Mexico. We are just a few blocks from the church and the Malecon. Endless view of the Malecon and Ocean is from all three floors. Enjoy the gorgeous sunsets and fireworks every night. It is just a few blocks from the Town Square and beaches. You can stroll the Malecon, walk to the market, and all the little shops and restaurants. Everyone that comes to the home loves it. Enjoy the famous sunsets every night while you are relaxing.
The Villa comes with a maid from a family that has been with us for 45 years. It has a large living room and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen. Three large bedrooms each with their own bath. Two king size bedrooms with windows looking at the Ocean, and two twin beds in the third bedroom. It is a three story home, the third floor you can enjoy sunbathing or cocktails with the sunset. Plenty of fans through out the whole house and of course the Ocean brings plenty of a nice breeze daily once it starts getting warmer in June-Aug. You have found a location that is too good to be true!

I have been going to Puerto Vallarta for years and this is the only place I will stay. I just love being in Old Town and being able to walk to where ever I wish. This Villa is very well taken care of and gives you the real feel of Mexico. I would highly recomend it to anyone wanting the real feel of Mexico, for a great price and a wonderful experience.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with teenagers.

He sent me a wonderful comment how they loved the home! They went to P.V. because friends of theirs were getting married. They stayed in our home and other friends stayed in numerous Hotels and Bill let me know how much they loved the home. Everyone would come to our home in the evening to have cocktails and watch the sunset.
