Enjoy fishing or swimming at your own dock or waterfront on Table Rock Lake or take in the sights, sounds, and shopping of Branson or Eureka Springs. Pontoon boats, Smaller fishing boats, Jet Skis, and canoes will find it convenient to park at the water's edge and walk up the private, shady private lane 300 feet to home. You can also bring your horse and pasture it in front of your house to ride on the land or on country roads to the lake or nearby. Conveniently located on beautiful Table Rock Lake, with its over 900 miles of shoreline to explore, between Silver Dollar City, Branson (30 minutes) and Eureka Springs (30 minutes. This lakefront home is close to many activities, but with the relaxing ambiance of Table Rock Lake.

Dock Slip available, which also includes a Kitchenette room in the local Sky Harbor Resort, which you can use for 2 additional guests if you wish (6 maximum in the house, and 2 others in the Kitchenette room in the resort).

Nestled in a quiet cove of Table Rock Lake in the Ozarks, you will discover a serene place to relax for your next vacation. Great fishing or waterskiing. Your vacation home is a 500 foot stroll down a level, private, shady lane to the beach and water. Large deck with deck furniture and lovely country view of pasture with horses and goats peacefully grazing. Your home is secluded for privacy and quiet with 10 acres in between you and the next house on either side. Feel free to use the large field to play baseball, soccer, or to have a cookout! Or bring your horse and pasture it!

We invite you to pack your suit, hook up your boat (or rent one locally), or hook up your horse trailer, load up your family and friends, and come stay for a week! Include a day at Silver Dollar City, a day at Eureka Springs, and the rest of the time on the lake fishing, waterskiing, and swimming! (Don't forget berry picking and making pies!)

After a long day of swimming, fishing, sightseeing, horseback riding, and fun, grill your steak and then sit on the deck and watch your kids play in the yard or stroll down to the water and watch the sun go down. Two Bedrooms (Bedroom One: Spacious Master Suite with King bed; Bedroom Two: Large Bedroom with two twin beds and a bunk bed with a double bed on the bottom), Nice bath, Laundry, Kitchen stocked like home with spices even; Barbeque grill. No smoking in house, please.

Wake up in the morning and go to Persimmon Hill Berry Farm and pick your berries and enjoy their Thunder Muffins and coffee for breakfast, then cook a berry pie that afternoon to enjoy when you come in tired from fishing or waterskiing! Yum! Yum!

Spring through December is a great time to visit the Ozarks. Spring for the blooming of the Dogwood trees and fishing! Summer for all the great water sports and fishing! Fall for its beautiful fall colors and great craft shows and fishing! Winter for all the lights and the spectacular Christmas shows plus great shopping and fishing!

The great room living / dining has a large sectional sofa and two side chairs. The dining table has seating for eight persons with leaves. The Kitchen looks on to the Great Room, so the cook doesn't feel excluded.

Near Big Cedar's Dogwood Canyon - Trout Fishing, horseback riding, hiking, etc. (three minutes); Kanakuk camps (one minute); Persimmon Hill Berry Farm - you pick! (one minute); Branson, WhiteWater, Celebration City, Shows, Shopping (40 minutes); Silver Dollar City (30 minutes); Kimberling City (15 minutes); Eureka Springs, Arkansas - A quaint Victorian Hill town: have a mineral bath and massage, shop till you drop, then eat in the 1850's Crescent Hotel Crystal Dining Room or another fine dining restaurant (30 minutes).

Roaring River State Park with hiking and horseback riding trails; two small resorts around the corner (Trace Hollow Resort and Sky Harbor Resort..... these would be helpful for family reunions. Also, you could book a room in either one to use their boat slip, dock, and boat launch); Baxter Boat dock nearby for boat rental; Several water restaurants nearby; Cosmic Caverns - a lovely cave off the beaten path (15 minutes); Talking Rocks Caverns (20 minutes; Lake Taneycomo (one of the top four trout lakes in the USA) (30 minutes); Shepherd of the Hills (20 minutes); Eureka Springs Passion Play (30 minutes).
