  This property is exactly what you see in the listing - the listing is accurate and "pictures don't do it justice". When you walk into this vacation home you will be blown away by the beautiful view of the ocean front, the beach, and the romantic sunsets! Our family spent 3 weeks in this very comfortable condo enjoying Siesta Key and all it has to offer. The property was clean and well maintained; the furnishings were comfortable and classy and all that we needed - just as if we were at home. The location was great for us; we could walk to restaurants, a small grocery store, a drug store and even some shops to take home Siesta gifts to those at home. You probably need to drive to The Village - although we did walk it several times. And most of all, we'd like to say that the owners of this condo were truly wonderful people to work with. They really cared about our experience with them and couldn't have been nicer...a great gift when you're vacationing in a new area. If WE get a chance to return to Siesta Key one day, we hope to stay in this condo - and can't wait to open the door to this vacation home and experience the beautiful view of the ocean front again.   We had a wonderful time in Siesta Key! This was our third trip and our first time in Cresent Arms. The condo was very clean and beautifully decorated. There were plenty of beach and pool toys in the closet for the kids to play with and coolers to bring to the beach. The view of the gulf from the family room and both bedrooms was amazing!! Two of my kids slept in the second bedroom while my youngest wanted to sleep on the sofa sleeper. It wasnt very comfortable, but we were told that ahead of time, so it was not an issue. The building is in good shape and we never waited long for the elevator. It took us two days to figure out which pool we were supposed to be using,,, but no fears:) we swam in them all with no complaints from anyone. We were bummed that the beach umbrella was broke when we arrived, and I did not budget to buy one, so we didnt stay out in the hottest part of the day. Next time we will bring a canopy or umbrella from home. Thank you so much for sharing your beach home with us!! We would definitely stay again!!!

  We stayed at this condo during April 16-23 (Easter Week). Our hosts, Barb & Jack, were outstanding and provided answers to all our questions. We had a very relaxing time in this lovely home away from home. It is so nice to enjoy the sights and sounds of the beach from every room. The unit is clean, spacious and well appointed. The weather was a fantastic 77-85 degrees every day with bright blue skies. Our family’s favorite activity became watching the sunsets. We had the blessing of seeing two nights of beautiful full moons over the beach. We shelled at the Point of Rocks and visited Turtle Beach. There is a local grocery store within ¼ mile and a bigger supermarket within 2 miles. For dining, we highly recommend Javier’s and SKOB. We also recommend renting bikes from Siesta Sports Rental. We had a blast parasailing. This was one of the most relaxing trips we have ever taken and look forward to coming back!
