In addition to its six bedrooms spread out through four floors, the house has inviting living, dining and recreation areas, as well as a beautiful outdoor patio, with dining for 12 persons. In addition to mountain views, the villa is conveniently located to Tepoztlan (five minutes), Cuernavaca (20 minutes) and Mexico City (60 minutes). The area's craggy mountains and jagged cliffs are as spectacular as those in Sedona, Arizona, but Tepoztlan, at a higher altitude and significantly greener, boasts moderate weather throughout the year. It is officially recognized as one of Mexico's magical areas. Master yoga instructors abound in the area. Outdoor activities are splendid, including swimming, bird watching, hiking, mountain biking, sightseeing and golfing at nearby courses. Major archaeological sites are close by. Relax and pamper yourself in this spacious and comfortable home and enjoy the mountain scenery and nature from the property. Enjoy yoga or massage sessions on an appointment basis for an additional fee.

$50 extra per night or $250 extra per week for each guest over 6.
2 night stay minimum (3 nights during holiday weeks.)
25% supplement for holiday weeks (New Year's, Mardi Gras, Easter Week,
Day of the Dead, Thanksgiving, Christmas).  Children 2 and older count as adults.
50% Non-refundable* Deposit upon booking; balance* due 1 month before arrival.
$500 Refundable Damage Deposit due 1 month before arrival.
