  Awesome awesome house. Great location, Awesome house. Absolutley beautiful. Went with 4 kids under 10 and they all want to go back. Absolutely beautiful.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, people with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

  The pictures do not do this house justice! Wow, what a great place, we just got back. My daughter had her wedding in front of the house and it was beautiful. I would recommend bringing bug spray because the fly's sometimes are terrible and they bite! We would return to this wonderful place, very peaceful!

  The house was gorgeous - we drove to Rehoboth one day and thanked our lucky stars we were staying where we were-- Rehoboth was a zoo - very crowded --- and our place was quiet, relaxing and very beautiful! The owners really picked a nice floorplan, and the home finishings were outstanding. We loved the hardwood floors, the stained glass, and the top of the line kitchen. We also loved the nearby little town of Milton - we found the quiet, small town atmosphere perfect. We hope to plan another vacation next year. Marie Beck (On-site Property Manager) was very nice, fun to talk to and made sure we had what we needed. Thanks to all. Karen

• Lovely house- don't count on the elevator or the owner

  The house is gorgeous. The owner not so responsible. We needed the elevator for my father who had recently dislocated his hip and wasn't supposed to go up stairs. The owner knew this, as I asked about how many stairs to get to the elevator weeks before arriving. The elevator was broken on Sat. when we arrived. We talked to the owner, and she said the repairman couldn't come over the weekend. The repairman didn't come until Tues. He fixed it - it stayed fixed for less than 10 minutes. The owner was less than sympathetic- as it wasn't her fault- declined to give us any portion of a refund. My mother and I were carrying my father up the stairs. Other than that- great house. Don't rent it if you're in a wheelchair.
