The 2300 square foot condominium offers all the amenities to make your stay memorable. The two bedroom (king and queen beds), two bath unit has a large living and dining area. The living room has a queen size sleeper sofa. There is also a full laundry room for your convenience. The gourmet kitchen comes equipped with all the accessories, but if cooking is not in your vacation plans this is the place to be. Punta de Mita is known for its "Restaurant Row" which is a collection of nine wonderful beachfront restaurants just a short stroll from the condominium. You can dine on the freshest seafood and sip a cool margarita while enjoying the beach views.
If you are into sport-fishing this area is home to trophy-size black, blue, and striped marlin, yellow-fin tuna, sailfish, dorado, rooster fish, and more. Local charters are available and easily arranged. Charter a boat to the Marietas Islands where you can snorkel in the warm waters and see numerous species of colorful reef fish. These islands are also home to several species of endangered birds.
Punta de Mita is a surfer's paradise with over 30 excellent breaks around the point. The local surf shops can help you with your rental needs as well as provide lessons. Boats are available to take you to the ideal surf spots. Or you can choose to sunbathe by the pool, take a leisurely stroll on the beach, or just relax under a shade palapa with a margarita or cold beer.
