Second floor: mahogany floors; all doors and windows mahogany wood; two oceanfront bedrooms; view of the Atlantic Ocean. Each bedroom is 40 m2 (430 square feet). There are king-size beds and bathrooms attached.

First Floor: Living room oceanfront with ceiling fans; high ceiling (3.35m or ten feet); antique mahogany set. Beachfront kitchen opens onto the terrace. One bedroom is 20 m2 (215 square feet) with twin beds with bathroom attached.
