Located a block from Pismo State Beach and the famous Butterfly Grove in the quaint beach community of North Grover Beach, this wonderful, three bedroom, one bath home is turnkey ready for your stay. Whether you're looking for a relaxing vacation or an activity-packed vacation, Pismo Beach has it all.

The cottage is comfortably furnished with modern conveniences. Newly renovated, this house is clean and bright with new wood floors throughout (except the family room which is newly carpeted), new paint, updated bathroom and brand new large eat-in kitchen which opens to both the family room and the living room. Bedrooms are at the opposite end of the house from the kitchen and family room for everyone's comfort whether watching TV, cooking, listening to music or getting some much needed rest.

The living room windows provide plenty of sunlight for reading or a warm, sun-bathed afternoon lounge. There is comfortable furniture for reading or relaxing in both the living and family rooms. The new spacious kitchen includes a sunny eat-in dining room with plenty of room at the table for six. The entire house is newly remodeled with new floors throughout.

The newly built family room includes lots of windows, outside access, an electric fireplace, new carpet, and a laundry room. You can watch TV or your favorite DVD. There is also a game table perfect for board games or a friendly game of cards. There is also a small desk where the cable internet connection is located. The family room is located off the kitchen giving a very open flow to the house.

Each bedroom has been individually decorated keeping in rhythm with the relaxed and casual seaside life. The front porch runs the length of the house and contains a lovely porch swing. When the surf is up, you can hear the waves. The backyard is large enough for a family to enjoy lawn games, eat at the picnic table, and is fully fenced in case your dogs want to accompany you for your stay.

There is a DVD player in the family room, satellite TV, and high speed internet access. Two of the bedrooms also have TVs with satellite. One bedroom contains a full-size bed and sliding door access to the backyard, one bedroom contains a queen-size bed, and the third bedroom contains two twin beds (daybed with trundle). All are very bright and well decorated with closets, dressers & reading lights.

There is a 2 dog maximum (no weight limit).
Please keep dogs off furniture and remember to pick up after your dog in the yard before you leave.
No cats. Owner is terribly allergic.

  • My sister and I stayed for a week last summer. Our teenage daughters only were able to stay 2 nights, so we had the place to ourselves the rest of the week. It was one of the most relaxing vacations I have ever had. The cottage is very cozy and provided all the comforts of home that we needed for our stay. The decor is homy and encourages relaxation. We walked to the beach every day-just a short walk down the street. The neighborhood was quiet but friendly. I would highly recommend this cottage.

  • What quiet neighborhood with walking distance to the beach! We had everything we needed, fully functional kitchen with all the pots and pans, dishwasher etc, washer/dryer - love those dry bathing suits, large yard and enough room for the kids. We enjoyed walking to see the butterflies and the beach everyday. This is not the average rental, it's like your own home. We will be back next year.

  • This was such a nice house. We've stayed in several vacation homes, but none as comfortable and well-decorated as this. Everything you need is there. It is a great location with a big backyard. Just a very short walk to the beach. Yet the neighborhood is very quiet.
