My husband and I had a wonderful few days at this property, not long enough. Although 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms was more than the two of us needed, we chose this condo for location and quality, Suffice to say we were not disappointed, the pictures do not lie. It was clean, smelled great (thank you for the non-smoking status) and right on the ocean, perfect. Parking was easy access, grocery stores close by and the ocean for our morning walk, life was wonderful. We have already been talking with friends and if schedules permit, we will be back with them. A big thank you to Kelly who could not have been more helpful, she's great. I'd almost like to keep this our little secret location, but it's too nice to not share and talk about.

We enjoyed our stay at the Island Vista. We loved walking the beach every day, using the pool and hot tub. The location of the Island Vista is excellent as it is close to the Outlet Malls, the Costal Mall, many restaurants and golf courses. The property is well maintained, clean and in a safe neighbourhood. Employees of the Island Vista are vey friendly as well as the guests. Unit 84947 is clean, has an excellent view where you can watch dolphins, surfers, shrimp boats and people using the beach as well as sun rises. The kitchen is well equipped with lots dishes and cooking needs. The condo is a very good size and you can easily have 8 people for dinner. The listing description and photo's were accurate regarding location and appearance. Owner was very helpful and prompt in answering questions and concerns. We would highly recommend the Island Vista to anyone. We had several comments from our guests on how nice our unit was.

Beautiful ocean views enjoyed each day balcony. The Island Vista is located on a quiet secluded section of Myrtle Beach, away from the crowds. You never fight for beach space! This suite has everything. Pack lite - you have a full size washer and dryer. Loved having a dedicated beach umbrella set up each day by the lifeguard. The pools, the tiki bar, the daily entertainment... Have been coming to Island Vista for years and so fortunate to have finally found the perfect suite for my family. Loved every minute and look forward to next year.

I would just like to day that Kelly and Anytime properties were great. It was everything that is written and photographed about this property. The staff were very professional and the place was beautiful. My family and I could not have asked for a better weekend. It was nice to have a very secure and relaxed atmosphere. We were able to get to places easily and the nearby restaurants were enjoyable. I cannot say thank you enough for the ease of it all. I would very much like to do it again.

We just returned from our vacation yesterday and were so sad to leave! This was our first offical family vacation with our 3 year old and 11 month old. We had a blast and loved the accommodations--very family and kid friendly!! Our 3 year old couldn't get enough of the indoor pool and we loved how private the beach was! The condo itself was spotless on arrival and was just beautiful and very comfortable. Kelly and her co-owners were all extremely friendly and helpful. The garbage disposal broke while we were there and they had it replaced the very next day--Great Service!! We hope to return next year! For entertainment would definately recommend Broadway at the beach. You will find dining and entertainment for all ages.

We stayed in this excellent ocean front unit at Island Vista from May 1-6 2011. The accommodations were high quality with good bedding, plenty of towels and a well equipped kitchen. The Island Vista is a great place to stay allowing one the ability to take advantage of their excellent restaurant and amenities. The beach is also quiet and beautiful in this residential neighborhood! I would definitely rent this unit again!

We stayed here the week of April 23-30, 2011. There were 8 of us total....6 adults and 2 kids (ages 5 and 11). The condo was beautifully decorated and extremely clean with plenty of room for all of us. The 3 bedrooms were very spacious and comfortable and each had their own bath which was very nice since we had 3 different families staying in the unit. The kitchen had anything you could want. We were able to have Easter dinner right in the condo and all of us fit perfectly at the big dining table. It felt just like we were at home! The resort has great pools and is right on the beach. There's also a really nice tanning lawn with plenty of chairs for guests. My nephew absolutely LOVED the banana smoothies at the tiki hut, so I would highly recommend them! I would highly recommend staying at this unit. The photos are exactly what you'll find once you get there. Kelly was absolutely wonderful to work with....the entire process was a breeze! Thanks so much....we'll definitely be back!

The Miller family stayed at the Island Vista (Kelly's place) the week of Sept. 18th-25th. She was very helpful with answering any questions we had before our visit. The description and the listing photos of the beautiful property were right on. We were very surprised at how clean everything was and was like being at home with everything you would need. We have already recommended this property to other friends and would highly recommend it to everyone. We have stayed at both Kelly's places, Sea Watch and Island Vista and have really enjoyed both. We would highy recommend either of these places to everyone. You will have a home away from home! Our favorite restaurants were Angelo's Steak House, Carolina Roadhouse, and Cagney's.

Thank you so much for sharing your ocean front condo with us. It was even better than descibed on the internet! It was clean, well decorated, with stunning views of the ocean. It felt like home, in fact it was very hard to leave to return to our real home. We are already making plans to return next year. I can't imagine staying anywhere else. Unlike other resorts, the beach at Island Vista never felt crowded, yet it is close to just about everything we wanted to do. I highly recommend this unit.

We stayed in this beautiful condo from 12/25/09 to 01/01/10. It was truely amazing. We visit the beach twice a year, once in the summer and once in the winter. This is by far the best place we've stayed. The room was amazing and decorated beautifully. The check in was a breeze, all the directions were easy to follow and all there. We never had a question about anything. As a added bonus, even though we only had to get car tags from the front desk, they were so friendly and helpful! Thanks for a wonderful stay and look forward to booking again!

this is our second year at this condo at island vista. we was here in aug, of 2008 for two weeks and loved it so much, we came back again . and stayed for another two weeks and that was the first two weeks of oct. you can`t beat the spacious rooms and the ocean wiews. and watching the sun rise . and sun sets.its soooo relaxing , and still lots to do.i highly recommend this condo. and hope to return next year. thank you bunny kimo

Condo was as nice as shown on the internet listing. Granddaughter enjoyed having her own bedroom and full bath. The two king beds made it very nice my wife and I and my daughter and son-in-law. Would recommend the condo to anyone. The balcony is large and really gives a great view of the coastline and ocean.

Over the last four years we have stayed in four different units at Island Vista. 914 was the nicest of the four as the furnishings were a cut above and the kitchen was the best equipped we have ever had in any condo rented. We cook a lot when in Myrtle beach and had every thing we needed. We have already booked a week for 2010!

I just wanted you to know what a wonderful time we had there the week of May 9th - 16th this year. We were not dissappointed at all. It was lovelier than the pictures. Everything we needed was available. Clean and neat, very comfortable & spacious.Excellent view and we even saw the dolphins swinmming. There were 3 couples in our group and we all had our privacy. We had a great time at your beautiful condo, even though we felt like we were at a resort with all the amenities. Our family loves being on the beach, so that's what we did the most. We were amazed how loud the surf was even up on the 9th floor, so sitting on the large balcony and watching the birds diving for food and dolphins breaching down the beach line was another way to enjoy the views. Inside, the condo seemed even nicer than the photos, and our family of four could spread out, read, or watch one of the four tvs. We had some great seafood, golfed, went deep sea fishing, shopped, and saw a great show at the Alabama Theatre. We'd go back in a heartbeat. Thank you so much for letting us rent your place!

We stayed at your condo Aug. 16 thru 23rd with 4 adults and 1 child and 1 infant. The condo was incredible...plenty of room to spread out and do our own thing when needed. My 7 year old now thinks he should have his own TV in his room back home too! Their was no noise from the hall or neighbors at all which was a past complaint we had from other places. We would highly recommend this place for a large family who is looking for high quality and a peaceful trip. Will definately look at for next year!

What a wonderful condo. Just renovated and everything was first-class. The view was FANTASTIC from the porch, and even being able to see up the north side of the beach was an added bonus. This condominium is GREAT....we will definitely stay here again! The ammenties on site (pools, exercise room, all the cooking/blender/etc) were perfect. And its close to shopping, driving range, restaurants. Just perfect.

A beautiful condo!! By far the best resort we've stayed at in Myrtle Beach. The condo is very spacious and plenty big enough for a large family. It's great to have a place away from home that makes you feel as comfortable as you are in your own home. Owners are extremely helpful and very easy to do business with. Heather was also wonderful in getting back to me very quickly to answer all the questions that I had. Resort is very clean and is very well kept. All staff was very helpful!! Robin, The condo was awesome! Very spacious, clean, and an outstanding view. Having 3 full baths was handy for our family The resort was fantastic. Our family loved the pools and lazy river. All of the pools were heated. A couple of the mornings it was between 30 and 40 outside and we were in the outside pools that were like bath water. The location is perfect. Isolated from "the strip," but conveniently located. We were minutes from North Myrtle Beach and "Broadway at the Beach." We searched several places on the internet prior to booking this place and could not have been happier. Robin was very courteous and offered a magnificent property at a great price!
