This great four bedroom, two bath home is tastefully decorated with neutral tones and has a private pool. There is a king bed in the Master, a Queen in the second and third bedrooms, and twin beds in the fourth bedroom. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the family room and another in the living room. There are TV's in the family room, living room, and master bedroom.
The dining room will hold 10 people comfortably and there is an eat-in kitchen for casual dining. The house is complete with a barbecue grill, outdoor table and chairs for those great Arizona outdoor meals and the kitchen is equipped with everything you need for cooking. All linens, towels, etc. are included. The house has a two-car garage with openers and is conveniently located close to lots of shopping.

This property looks good in the pictures but after you stay one night you will not be satisfied. One of the box springs on the bed is broken, shower doesn't drain in one bathroom, shower head falls on you in another bathroom, no supplies like toilet paper or trash bags, cleaning person does not clean very well and owner doesn't make sure it's clean before renting it out, DVD player has no cords to hook to the TV. There are many problems and the owners don't seem to care.
Owner response:I have been renting this home for 5 years with NO complaints. The owner reviewed the home just before the tenant arrived and the home was spotless. I also reviewed the home after the tenant and had a few items repaired. including the DVD player and shower head. There is always someone you can not satisfy. Our cleaning crew has been cleaning 10 of our rentals for last 5 years without a negative responses. I welcome anyone to view the home before renting!
