Our studio condominium is located on the beautiful Hawaiian landmark, The Ala Moana Hotel, adjacent to the world famous Ala Moana Shopping Center (with over 240 stores, restaurants and venues. Directly across the street lies the Ala Moana Beach Park. Nearby are the Ala Wai Boat Harbor, Hawaii Convention Center, Waikiki Beach (5 minutes by trolley/bus), Ward Shopping District, Aloha Tower, and Downtown Honolulu.
A multi million dollar renovation was made to the condo hotel complex with brand new amenities; wireless high speed internet access, executive business center, outdoor swimming pool with deck, cabanas, fitness center, sauna, steam and massage rooms, on-premise restaurants (Plantation Cafe, Tsukasa, Royal Garden Restaurant, Rumors nightclub and piano bar lounge, full service concierge, 24 hour valet, telephone, ice machine, coin operated laundry facilities (sixth &13th floors), dry-cleaning services, automated teller machine, activity desk, taxi and bell service.
Privately owned and managed. Our room comes with two double beds that accommodate up to four people and a single futon (stored underbed). All of the furnishings are the latest in design and brand new to include central air conditioning, custom wood finishing and tempered glass accents,custom lighting, 36 inch flat screen LCD wall-mounted TV, high speed internet access or for your viewing and listening pleasure a DVD/CD awaits you. Let our IDoc wake you up to catch the sunrise and sunset daily if you wish while sitting out on our spacious lanai.
For your use is a stainless steel microwave/toaster oven, refrigerator, coffee maker (complimentary coffee or tea packets with condiments), kettle, rice cooker, dinnerware with utensils stored in the cabinets and drawers. Two full-height dressing mirrors (one in the entry hallway, second in the bathroom). In the bathroom is the marbled vanity displaying all the bath accessories. Located below the vanity are 2 woven baskets filled w/extra towels/Beach and laundry supplies for your use.

Why the Owner Chose Ala Moana Hotel
We purchased in the AlaMoana because of their major renovation and the upscale ambience it would provide for our future guests. It is conviently/centrally located near everything as well as the AlaMoana Shopping Center. The bus stop is just outside of the Condo and the beach a block away.

The comforts of home away from home. 2 full size bed and an additional single futon.
All the amenities (beach chairs/towels, sun screen, laundry essentials, snacks & drinks) are complimentary to the guests when they arrive. Great lanai with additional chairs (2) to sit down, relax with morning coffee and/or evening wine to watch the sunset. Great fitness center/Pool & pool bar, located on the 3rd floor. Great restaurants/great eats.

First off, this hotel is perfectly located for travellers such as myself who much prefer being outside of the major tourist area of Waikiki. Being attached to the Ala Moana mall was wonderful. Considering the unit has most of the amenities to eat in the food court at Ala Moana is the best I have ever been to. I would like to thank Helen for providing all the necessecities right down to a welcoming bottle of wine. :) Plenty of towel, beach gear etc. The hotel has easy access laundry on 2 floors and laundry soap was provided which was great! My only suggestion would be to have bedding similar to what is shown in the photos rather than the fire retardant synthetic ones that were there. And perhaps the guest binder needs to be updated as some of the restaurants no longer exist. Free wifi is available on the first 3 floors of the hotel. All in all this unit was clean, well stocked, in a great location and extremely affordable considering how close it to everything. It is perfect for 2 people. I hope that it is available on our next visit to Oahu.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, people with disabilities, sightseeing, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children.

My wife and I married in beautiful Honolulu, and Helen provided a fantastic condo for our use. The place is very clean, with modern amenities and a charming setup. She was very warm and helpful, and offered special use of her amenities. The champagne was a wonderful touch. ' We will definitely stay here again when we visit Hawaii, something that is becoming a twice a year thing. Mahalo Helen!

Mahalo for everything! We loved the location, the convenience, the proximity. We spent a memorable holiday vacation in Hawaii. We appreciated your phone call but would have preferred to hear from you upon our arrival.
