Welcome to our home Dune Breeze, newly built in 2005, with a short stroll to a sun-drenched sugar white beach and emerald waters of the gulf. Very few newer homes are closer to the beach. This home features four spacious bedrooms and three full baths. Located on Panama City Beach with panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico. This home offers plenty of square footage for larger families and those family reunions. Snow birds-$1800 per month, great for 3 couples!!
The rental includes three floors, ground level has all ceramic tile floors,crown molding through out the foyer,a great room, dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a full size washer and dryer, a master suite with a king-size bed leading to full size private bath.
The second floor has three additional large bedroom rooms, one with a queen-size bed, a bunk room with a set of twin size bunk beds, the third a king-size suite with a private bath, and balcony to view the awesome sunsets. The top floor has an spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico and has a double futon to be used as additional sleeping area.

Wonderful, expansive cottage. Three floors and all are beautifully decorated and everything you need to make your stay very relaxing. Full kitchen if you want to cook in, but right in an area of many nice, out of the way, restaurants, and the beach is just a very short walk away. Wonderful grocery store right down the street that offers excellent cuts of meat and wine and even a liquer store right next door to the grocery. Fresh seafood stores are also close by. I'd definitely stay again, really clean, convenient and FUN! No problems whatsoever, and there's a big shopping area right up the road with many nice stores!

What can I say about my trip. WONDERFUL The house was perfect it meet all of our needs. The back deck was enjoyed by all we cooked out several nights and did most of entertaining there.The shower outside was great to clean off after a day at the beach and this area of Panama Beach is great not crowded but close to everything. On our next trip to Panama Beach we will be sure to stay at this house. Thank you for opening your home to us, we really enjoyed our stay.

We are going down next week and I cannot wait to sit on that back deck and listen to some good music and feel the gulf breezes. During the summer months, it's great to take a real shower out back (that's why the walls of it are so high;-) so I keep some shampoo and soap out there and it's all ready for me when I get back from the beach. We have friends coming next week who have kids the same age as ours, so we plan to bring the Wii for the third floor room and then they will be well entertained while we enjoy that deck! Let me know when you feel the pull of the ocean and salt air again!

Our group of 10 included both adults & children. This beach house was roomy enough that we didn't all feel like we were stumbling over one another. The decor is so beachy & fun & just adds to the atmosphere of your PCB vacation experience! Though not located directly on the beach, the walk is super short to Access 81 in the Laguna Beach area. It was away from the hustle & bustle which made for a perfect family atmosphere! The outdoor deck was so nice for us adults to grab a daquiri from one of the local daquiri shacks & just chill after a long day at the beach! I will definately book here on our next trip & believe me, I'm counting the days!

We have thoroughly enjoyed making the house express our love for the beach and the carefree and relaxed state of mind we get each time we visit. The location does contribute to feeling relaxed, because even though it is close to the attractions, it's not in the midst of them. Since we added the deck, we have noticed that we like to hang out there instead of going out to eat every night. Certainly makes the trip less expensive! You are welcome to come back anytime!

We stayed the week of July 3-10. We were worried that there might be oil or tarballs on the beach but the water was clear and the beaches were absolutely beautiful!! The house was perfect for our family group. We could hang out together or there was enough room to have your own space when you needed it. The house is set up perfectly for a beach house and the distance to the beach was a very short walk. We highly recommend this house to any family considering a stay at Panama City Beach and we will try to stay here again when we return to the area.
Recommended for:People with disabilities, pet owners, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

We rented this property during peak summer travel. Great price for the size and location. We were very pleased with the accommodations. We traveled with 2 families and a total of 7 children. The only suggestion would be for additional set of twin beds. Maybe two sets of bunk beds in the small room would be nice. There was plenty of room for the kids to divide up and all have their own space. The distance to the beach was perfect, not too far and not too close (with the children). Overall, we would recommend this property to others traveling to the area. Also, if we were to return to PCB, we would rent this property again.
