Why the Owner Chose Tahoe Sierra Pines
Tahoe Sierra Pines is centrally located within 2 blocks of both the lake and the village!! The setup of our condo is very unique in comparison to other condos in Incline Village. Rarely do you find a 4 bed/4 bath condo that is priced so reasonably. The Hyatt is also nearby which is a very popular spot for weddings which is a great selling point to many renters.
The Village offers a number of different restaurants as well as a large grocery store so you can pick up the essentials needed for your stay! And don't forget Starbucks!!!
This is the Hyatt Hotel which offers a private beach along with a restaurant on the sand. Don't miss the sunsets or your hand at blackjack at the beautiful casino.
This is the private beach that can only be used by property owners and their guests. Be sure to pick up a form before heading down to the beach so you can enjoy all the summer fun.

Having two homes in two of the most beautiful locations in the world is such a blessing!! My wife and I live part time in San Diego and spend the rest of our time in Incline Village. We now have a one year old little boy that will have an opportunity to share these two wonderful places with us.
