  Spent two weeks in this condo and found it charming, cozy, and convenient! Location of Maravilla and this beachfront unit is great!. The balcony has a bar height table with four chairs which is perfect for breakfast and/or lunch, Happy Hour, people watching, and dolphin spotting. After a long road trip, the bathroom and kitchen necessities provided upon arrival are a pleasant surprise. It was just my husband and I, so I can only speak for the master bed, which is extremely comfortable with quality linens. Kitchen is stocked with everything - from baking supplies to nice dishes and flatware to margarita and wine glasses! Three flat screen TVs are a plus, along with DVD players, as well as washer and dryer for keeping your beach towels fresh. The two beach set-ups everyday are invaluable. We told the beach attendant there were only two of us and he didn't have to put out both set-ups every day but he insisted, pointing out that it gave us two extra chairs to keep our beach bag and supplies up off the sand. He earned a nice tip at the end of our stay. The grounds are immaculate. All dog owners are responsible and gladly adhere to cleaning up after pets. Our Yorkie loved it and we loved the fact that she was welcome! Thanks to the owners for a pleasant experience from the time we booked this unit until the time we vacated it.

  A big thanks for making this condo available. We had all the comforts of home. On our first day as we enjoyed the gorgeous view from the balcony, the owner walked by, waved and introduced himself, and told us he lived nearby if we should need anything. The unit was clean and nicely decorated, the beds comfortable, and was well equipped with everything we might need. Maravilla is very convenient to shopping and restaurants. The weather was not cooperative during out stay (very chilly) and we were glad the heated pool was available. We were so glad our little dog was welcome, and he met lots of doggie friends while we were there. We rented bikes for the week and the wide walkways along the scenic beach road are ideal for biking or jogging. We would definitely choose this rental again!

  We are enjoying our stay here in this beautiful Marvillla ocean front "end unit" condo. What an amazing view from both balconies, living room and master bedroom. I can't say enough great things about the owners. Great communications with them. They care about their renters. Everything of importance is provided. We actually brought items of our own that were already included in this condo. Our little Silky Terrier, Snuggles loves it here. She likes sitting on the balcony watching all the activities and getting on the elevator. We have already booked for next fall. Looking forward to returning and we haven't even left yet. I highly recommend renting from Jim and Sherry. They really do care that you enjoy your time here. Thank you for sharing your condo with us.

  The condo was great! There was a beautiful view of the beach as seen in the pictures. Very clean and furnished nicely. Close to the stores and wonderful restaurants. We have stayed in the owners other condos and also have enjoyed them. We have visited Destin for several years and have a great vacation every time.

  My family and I stayed for one week and we could have never left. The accommodations were everything promised and more. It was like staying in a home rather than a room. We loved the location and beach service. My husband and I walked every morning it was amazing! My children ages 11 and 13 cannot wait to come back. It was one of our most fun vacation locates yet we will return in the future.

  My parents, husband, and I stayed in this condo for a few days to celebrate the end of my school year and wedding anniversary. It was our first time in Destin, and we loved this condo and the beach itself. The condo is perfectly located. We could watch people traffic and the beach from our balcony. We walked to our chairs in less than five minutes which made treks back the condo no problem. The owners added two extra chairs this year, which means all four of us had chairs up each morning. The condo size was fine for four adults, but the master bedroom is significantly bigger than the queen size bedroom. The beach at Destin was fantastic, wonderful sand and clear water. We walked to Pompano Joe's one night and Kenny D's another. Loved the food at Kenny D's. The condo is also close to shopping and not far from the Harbor Walk. We recommend driving old 98 as much as possible to have beautiful views and to avoid the traffic on new 98. We look forward to more visits in Destin and at this condo. Thanks for a great vacation!

  What a great week we had in Destin! This was our first time to this area and won't be our last. This was the first trip that we had taken by ourselves without traveling with another family or two and we were a bit worried about our two teens getting bored. Not a chance! We took a catamaran sail through Emerald Dancers, had a very successful deep sea fishing excursion, rented a paddle board and ocean kayak, visited GulfWorld to swim with the dolphins in Panama City Beach, shopped at Silver Sands Outlet Mall, played beach volleyball, went to the movies at the Rave, etc. Our accommodations were perfect for the four of us and we loved the view and shared a few meals out on the balcony. We seen dolphins everyday on Miramar beach and was even able to swim out to them on one of the days. Great location. We also really enjoyed being able to walk down to Kenny Ds for an outdoor dining experience. The beach set-up was very handy!! Oh, and for anyone driving from Michigan - we made it home in 16 1/2 hours:)

Many visitors come just to relax on the beach, and many others enjoy all the amenities of the area. It appears this family, of four, took advantage of both.   My husband, mother and i had a wonderful time in this beautiful condo. Sherry certainly has a designer's eye! The set up was perfect for my mother (who has difficulty getting around) to be able to sit on the balcony every day to take In the sun, dolphins and marvelous views of the gulf. We all enjoyed the balcony including the pooches. We thank the Lord for the gorgeous weather! It was hot on the beach and the gulf was warm enough to do some body surfing. The gulf breezes on the third floor were cool enough that we only had to run the ac a few times so we were able to open the windows and listen to the surf most of the time. Jim stopped by to say "hi" and see how things were going. It is nice to meet face to face. We intend on renting from Jim and Sherry again next year. Thank you Jim and Sherry for sharing this ideal condo with me and my family. Deb

  Owner response: We also enjoyed meeting our guest and their four legged children. We are the Pioneers of Pet Friendly rentals in the Destin area having started that business in 1992. Most other Pet Friendly rentals along this area are customers and students of ours. We look forward to this family returning in the near future.

  Another fantastic week in Destin. Great weather, wonderful Condo. Jim and Sherry do a good job in keeping their rentals clean and comfortable. You won't be disappointed.
