Come enjoy our Lakefront Villa during the high season (June through September) or during any of the other seasons. The villa is eight years new and in excellent condition, and right on the lake. It is luxurious, spacious and well-equipped. Enjoy central heat and three enclosed gas fireplaces all thermostatically controlled.
Living room opens to huge deck with deck furniture to entertain 10 outdoors. Stairway from deck ends on grassy lawn area leading directly to private beach area and private boat docks visible from the deck. Deck is gated with wrought-iron railing for safety. Main floor California King Master Bedroom Suite with private full bath opens separately to deck also. All of above areas on ground floor including dining area and kitchen have expansive views of lake and adjacent forest. Main floor also has a den with a double spring futon and large closet. Powder room is on main floor as is laundry room and passage to double garage.
Upstairs has another California King Master Bedroom Suite with private full bath. This room has a beautiful lake and forest view. Two other bedrooms are on the second floor, both with private full bathes and closets. One has a Queen Bed and the other two Twin Beds.
Perfect for family and friends to share or for the larger family. Also works well for smaller corporate retreats with room around the large dining room table or on the deck.
The village is a short walk away and includes restaurants plus a generously-stocked gourmet grocery store with an impressive wine shoppe. Boat launch, trailer storage and boat rentals, all separate concessions, are within walking distance. Award-winning Bailey Creek Golf Course is one mile away and the villa is located right next door to the gated Lake Almanor Country Club area.

Off-Season: $465/night (3-night min.) .. $3250/week, plus $150 cleaning fee.
All rentals require $1000 security deposit to be held up to 21 days after rental.
Monthly rentals preferred and monthly rate is negotiable
