"The Caddyshack" is a beach house sure to please everyone. Three community pools, tennis courts, fitness center, restaurant, golf course and the beach are all located within this community of Kiva Dunes.
The house is decorated in a colorful beach cottage theme, with the exception of the third floor (tower) which is a golfer's paradise- decorated with golf memorabilia. The first floor has a beautifully upgraded kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, dining area, great room, garage, screen porch and front porch overlooking a large yard. The second floor consists of three large bedrooms (king, queen and two double beds) and bunk area.
The master bath's shower is very spacious with two shower heads. There is a balcony off the master bedroom furnished with rocking chairs - perfect for curling up with a good book. The third floor (crow's nest) is the perfect place to watch a sporting event on the flat screen or watch the sunset.
The garage is equipped with four bikes (two adult bikes and two kid bikes) for your use. So come and explore Kiva Dunes at "The Caddyshack".

Our family loved the Caddyshack! The beach, tennis court and pools were only a short walk away. We loved how it was decorated and would definately go back. The house was very clean and we really liked having the bikes and beach chairs that we could take to the beach. We thought that it was one of the nicest places that we have stayed. The only down side is that the man-o-wars showed up on day 5 of the trip so we didn't go in the ocean. We just went to the pool instead.
