Photo 1 - Bailey Island, Maine Cabin Rental A rustic log guest cabin on beautiful Bailey Island (accessible by car over an historic bridge), near Brunswick, Bowdoin College and Freeport. Located in a pine forest with the ocean at your doorstep. Easily accessible rocky shore with numerous tide pools and sandy beach. One tide pool large enough to swim in (about the size of three Olympic pools at high tide). Your personal coarse sand beach and an easy walk to the only fine sand beach in the area. One of Maine's most beautiful spots with gorgeous 180-degree unobstructed views of town, islands and open ocean -- lobster boats and sail boats galore. A more "Maine" spot would be difficult to find. Basically the only sounds you hear are sounds of the ocean and nature. Completely furnished except for bed linens and towels; blankets are furnished. Sorry, no smoking or pets.
